Welcome to Hillcrest Cottage, a colorful, art-filled retreat tucked beneath the trees in East Athens, less than 2 miles from UGA and Sanford Stadium. The cottage blends modern comfort with the creative personality Athens is known for.

Inside, you'll find a private bedroom with one king bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottage sleeps up to six guests and has 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining space, in-unit washer and dryer, oversized smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and an eclectic collection of art and design details throughout.

The full kitchen makes everything from morning coffee to a relaxed dinner at home easy, while the additional half bath is especially convenient for families and small groups. Outside, a covered patio overlooks the landscaped, wooded yard, creating a peaceful spot for coffee, outdoor meals, or unwinding after a day in Athens.

Guests have private use of the entire Hillcrest Cottage and covered patio, along with the designated yard and outdoor areas surrounding the cottage. The cottage is located behind the owner's separate residence. The front home and any marked private or storage areas are not included in the rental. Guests enter through the gated driveway and have designated off-street parking near the cottage. Detailed gate, parking, and entry instructions are provided before arrival.

Hillcrest Cottage is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood in East Athens. Downtown Athens, restaurants, live music venues, and other popular destinations are also close by. Portions of the landscaped yard are shared with the owner of the separate front residence. The wooded setting is home to the normal sights and sounds of nature, and birds, squirrels, other local wildlife, and seasonal insects may be present.
