Big Bear Lodge Retreat where friends & families gather and meet!

Experience Northern Michigan at it's best! Amazing views from beautiful 3 level log home on the 15th tee at Cedar Valley Golf Course. Full custom kitchen, laundry facility, great room with 23' ceilings, large family room, 2 Gas fireplaces, spacious decks, and attached 3 car garage. Will be decorated for Christmas the whole month of December & part of January.

Plenty of room to spread out in this 3200 sq. ft. three level home. Large deck and patio with large firepit outside. Enjoy cooking outdoors with our Weber Grill and a 36" Blackstone Griddle Grill - perfect for making a variety of either breakfast, lunch or dinner meals on the Griddle! Enjoy our Hot Tub on lower patio off LL bathroom door with Bluetooth outdoor speakers. 8 Beach towels & 4 robes available for use.
Power Outages - Should you experience bad weather that causes a power outage in the area - no problem with our whole house generator that will keep you up and running like nothing happened allowing you to keep your vacation stay going!
Security Devices on Property - We have a Ring Doorbell on the main entry door on the porch that has video and audio recording capability. This is used for security purposes and also to allow us the ability to communicate with guests upon arrival if they have any problems entering the cabin upon check in.

Comfortable Clean Home
We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was a group of 10 of us, all senior citizens, and the property was perfect. The property owner was very responsive, answered all questions and even gave us info regarding things going on in the area. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially families during the winter. Wonderful Places to do some sledding right on the property!

Perfect get away location
We loved our stay at Big Bear! Its so idyllic and well stocked. We loved the hot tub, the pond, all the room inside to spread out and spend time together. The owner was great with communication and you could tell that they actually use the place because it had everything we needed.

Great place for a group!
We stayed here for a vacation with our extended family (group of 13) and there was plenty of room for everyone! We even used the pool and hot tub next door at the campground a few times. The host was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had. The house was well stocked and offered many extras like popcorn and s’mores… would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Our family went to Big Bear Lodge for our vacation! We loved the cabin!! It was so pretty and also clean! The location was so peaceful as well! The cabin was nicely stocked with many different items which made it very nice! Our hosts did well with responding and we had an easy check in!

Great getaway!
Struggled a little with the keypad getting in, but after that it was smooth sailing! Lots of space, FULLY stocked kitchen, coffee bar, S’mores bar, fire pit, games, books, just so much fun for a group of teenage girls. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation
We spent a family vacation here over memorial day weekend. The property is great. Very spacious and quiet. It is stocked with everything you could need and then some. The owners are very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on things to do in the area. We will definitely be returning.

The property is beautiful. The top deck is great for sitting out and relaxing on. The blackstone was great for grilling out and the seating options were amazing. There was a great selection of rooms for everyone. The kitchen had everything you would need. The main floor and bottom floor were great for hanging out. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use. The access to the bottom floor bathroom was awesome. Overall a great place to go for a relaxing weekend and get away.

Second time here! Enjoyed our stay again and the property owner was great to work with. Only complaint was dirty sheets was left on one of the beds which was the cleaning service fault but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Good times in a great place
Our group has been staying at this property since 2012 and have lots of great memories here. It’s always been a great place in a fairly remote location, but the new ownership has taken the place up a few notches in quality and comfort. If you are looking for a place to rest, cook, eat, drink, and be together in comfort, this is it.

This place was exactly like the photos shown and so much more! It was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. There was more than enough living space to accommodate our group of 14. We really loved that there was a living space on all 3 levels, and the basement was a walkout so it didn’t feel like a “basement.” The hot tub was incredible! Overall cannot say enough good things about this place and the hosts.
