I did not appreciate having to pay for overnight parking as a guest at the hotel. Also water bottles were $3 which is ridiculous. The rest was fine

Overall good, but the noise in the room made it hard to sleep. The air conditioning coming on was very loud as well as the plumbing when another room flushed the toilet.

This property is beautiful. You felt like you were staying in a high class establishment when you enter the lobby. The lobby area is beautiful. My only complaint was we were assigned a room that already had been assigned. Thankfully when we walked in and saw the unmade bed and tv on there was nobody in the room or we would have scared each other to death. We were quickly reassigned another room and they did apologize but they didn’t offer an upgrade or anything for the inconvenience but that’s okay. The other thing I noticed is the dust ruffle was ripped pretty bad and just parts of the room looked dated but the bathrooms were remodeled and nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. It was a good stay and I would stay there again but it is a bit pricy.

Great hotel unless there is a kids soccer competition going on while you are there. Kids were screaming all night, running around, knocking on does, setting off fire alarms and riding up and down the elevators, hitting every button. The staff did evict 2 people, but about 50 more people needed to be kicked out. Usually I’m a fan of ES, but the staff were not equipped to deal with the insanity.

Overall great property however my mini fridge was broken and wasn’t fixed. The property offered to put my food in their refrigerator but then threw it away by the time I went to pick it up later that day. Gave me a $20 voucher to their grab and go food spot where a salad was $12 alone. Tried to charge me parking even though I was there for a conference and was told parking was free. No handicap spots were left did valet my car for free but when I asked if I could drive to eat (since they threw my food away) and receive free valet again only if their were no handicap spots available they said it would be part of my compensation for my food. I appreciated the gesture however handicap parking isn’t a privilege it’s a right so I was disappointed in that statement. Ended up walking to a restaurant across the street so save my parking spot but was incredibly exhausted. Room was overall nice however beat up looking with stains on the carpet and a broken fridge. Would stay again if there was another conference held there but expected better for the area. Staff was very helpful.

1. The pool had way too much chlorine in it the kids couldn't even swim in it and that was one reason we booked this hotel 2. Breakfast was not included in the price which was way higher than what was being advertised online the day of our stay and when showed to the manager nothing was done($142 a night, we paid $203 a night 3. When asked to have the room cleaned since we were staying another night they left 1 towel and no toilet paper so had to wait over an hour to have them brought to our room cause the front desk just couldn't hand the to us for some reason 4. Snacks were priced way too high and unaffordable

They overbooked. Our room wasn’t ready at 9 pm. They gave us a different room than what we booked. One king bed for a family of 4. Then the bathroom smelled like urine. They were supposed to bring extra linens and clean the floor in the bathroom. Neither happened while we were gone to dinner for over an hour. I called to the desk for extra linens and was told they didn’t know if they had any more. We waited for about 40 minutes and then the manager Blake called at 11:20 pm and said he found us a room like the one we reserved. Blake did seem to really care and went out of his way to help us. However something I was told that didn’t know, booking with Expedia doesn’t give you a guarantee that they will reserve the room you booked. I have always booked hotels with Expedia but may directly book with hotels in the future. I was relieved Blake helped us in the end but it was not a great experience. We were all tired and waiting to get to our room until 11:30 at night was not a good experience.

Very disappointed that one of our rooms was not available when we checked in at 4pm. They took our cell number and said they would call when ready but no call and we returned 3 hours later around 7pm we had to spend a lot of time waiting at checkin. There were some big group conferences and this was given as the reason for the delay as housekeeping could not keep up. The room we had waited on had no shower gel. We also noticed that the hallways in the hotel were dirty and looked like they needed vacuuming . There were no do not disturb signs in either of our rooms. Maybe the availability of do not disturb signs would help with the housekeeping issues as we were happy not to get our room cleaned the second day we were there but had no way of indicating this as no sign to put on the door. The hotel in general needed some cleaning and upkeep. One of the check in staff was not helpful and blamed our delay in getting our room on the fact the booking was through Expedia. The Manager GiGi was more helpful.

Parking and check in process was smooth and quick. However, the room was musty, carpet was severely stained, bedding was torn, shower door had visible mold, trash from previous customers was left in random areas on the floor. Furniture was also damaged. No towels at pool, asked multiple times and was completely disregarded by hotel staff. After waiting for over an hour and checking back with him a few more times, we ended up having to go from the pool back to our room on the 4 th floor dripping wet. I’ve stayed at hotels for half this cost and had better service and cleaner rooms.
