« Super clean. All furniture very comfy. I love showers. You don’t understand. You may think you love showers, but I LOVE showers. It’s an older home/bathroom so you have to expect some compromises. « We rented this cute little house for my family and a few of our friends for a softball tournament. The owners were great with communicating with us and the house was so clean! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I wish there had been a baby gate for the stairs, it’s a tri level so there was two small sets of stairs and it would have been great to have a way to block it off. But overall we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! »

Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. « We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residenz. The location was ideal. Everything was so close by. The Bavarian Inn staff was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful and had all the pots, pans and silverware we needed. There was a great fire pit outdoors and a fun climbing swingset perfect for younger kiddos. Bedding and towels were included. There was plenty of room for our extended family. We could not have had better accommodations. »
