Great pet friendly hotel

Stayed one night and it was wonderful. The desk clerk moved us to a room right by the exit which was nice with two dogs. Very nice room

The air conditioner bothered me. The hot tub had pink mildew in the jets. It smelled like someone had vomited on the carpet and it never got totally cleaned.

Not a bad stop along the way

We were traveling through town on a long road trip and stayed here. The rooms were large enough for our family and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options for everyone. The pool was heated - unfortunately for our stay however the hot tub was broken and they weren't sure why it was closed.

Comfortable at a great price

We only got to spend one night, but would have liked to have stayed longer because the suites were so nice. Very enjoyable & quiet despite multiple families in the halls. We didn't hear anything in our room.

Abysmal Service, hot tub broke, too expensive :(

The room was actually pretty good, but the bed was never made and the towels never serviced for a three day stay. We had to call the desk for towels and tell them we needed the room serviced and it still did not happen. When you are paying over $600 for a graduation weekend stay, you should not have to beg for good service. And the Hot tub was broken.

Double charged

We paid for our hotel stay to Expedia. When checking in, they charged us again and didn't say anything. When we got the statement, stated a balance. It was almost for the whole amount we paid to Expedia. The employee at the desk said that the statement -addressed to us, was not ours, was Expedia's. It was a mistake. The reason why they doubled charged us, a computer glitch. Another mistake. And of course, they couldn't remove the charges, it would take 10 days. She repeated "it is just an authorization", "once Expedia pays us for your stay, we will not take your funds". Meanwhile our money is frozen. We were not treated right. She showed not concern towards what happened. Her attitude was not of someone who cares. She was condescending. Never tried to help. A sign in the room says they do basic clean if staying less than 7 days. And it shows. Toiletries were not replaced between days. Just a bad experience poorly managed.

A place that put my mind at ease!

We originally booked our room based on location due to having a procedure at the women's hospital across the street. We were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room. The overall environment was warm and inviting. The front desk staff, Tawnee especially, was great!

Always very nice to stay at. My room this time did not have a desk chair, so I had to use my bed to do some work. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Les + : Close to freeway.
Situation : Shopping, eating, etc.
It was quite nice. Had a suite that was elegant. Would stay there again!
