Cette belle propriété est située à proximité du centre-ville de Columbia et de la promenade Natchez Trace, tout en étant à seulement une heure au sud de Nashville. Avec un plan d'étage spacieux pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes, vous pouvez vous détendre à la piscine creusée dans la cour, jouer au baby-foot, ou sortir dans le bar avec le grand écran sur le jeu. Vous pouvez également faire une randonnée sur la promenade Natchez Trace, puis aller au centre-ville de Columbia pour un aperçu de la vie nocturne du sud.
Cette maison dispose d'une chambre principale avec lit queen, cheminée à bois fonctionnant pleinement et 42 "TV à écran plat, attaché à la salle de bain principale avec baignoire jacuzzi. The house was magnificently meandering, much more spacious than it appears from outside. Location was excellent and the house, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if coming through the area.

We traveled for our daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect. We had family and friends stay together. Lots of kitchen supplies plenty of towels, air mattresses, bedding etc. more than normal. Typically we pack extra but we didn’t need to use any of ours on this trip. 20 minutes from the venue and still close to Columbia

The listing description and pictures were exactly what we walked into. The house was very clean. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is very well stocked as far as utensils and cook ware. The best part is the labels everywhere. All of the light switches are labeled. It made it very easy to figure out the lighting. It is a very convenient location to downtown Columbia. The pool was great, the grounds were beautiful. There were 7 of us total with 3 couples in the group. We all had our own space. We would definitely stay here again.

Our trip was postponed by a day due to a water leak issue in one of the bedrooms. That said, Brittany did everything she could to minimize the impact of the issue and was very diligent about providing updates. Although we were unable to use the bedroom, accommodations were made so that we had sufficient bedding for everyone. The pool and new furniture are FANTASTIC! This was definitely the main focus for us for the week. We made great use of the space downstairs and the kitchen/living room. Location is great as everything you need is nearby. If we go back to the area, we will definitely stay again!!

Property was very spacious, plenty of room for a large group. Also very quiet, in the country with no immediate neighbors. Pool was awesome; my family had so much fun playing & my heart was warmed watching everyone enjoy themselves TOGETHER! Hard to regulate temp inside house…very warm sleeping at night unless we turned the temp down to mid-60’s, which was too chilly for daytime. Coffee pot didn’t work, which was a HUGE disappointment for us coffee drinkers (we bought one). Ceiling fan in master br didn’t work; dishwasher wasn’t installed properly…worked fine, just wobbled & racks were hard to maneuver - plus it stunk, needed cleaned badly. All 3 trash cans were full when we arrived & most of trash in them was not bagged (pizza boxes & loose beer cans). Would suggest touch pad lock system on front door or garage door as we had a hard time getting key lock box to open. All in all, not bad, but for the price paid, expectations are that everything should be damn near perfect & they weren’t.

Pros: For our family friends reunion, there was ample room for 2 families with 4 in each family. The pool was a huge plus, ranging from 3 - 8 ft., allowing for swimmers of different levels to equally enjoy it. The property is beautiful and in a secluded and relaxing environment. The garage was great for easy loading and unloading our cars. There were lots of entertainment options for the kids and adults. The foosball table was a huge hit with the kids! Cons: Our host was very upfront with what supplies would be there for our use, and that was much appreciated from a planning perspective. For the price, we felt that providing one dishwasher tablet for a long weekend felt stingy. There were only 8 plates for 8 people, so we would have definitely appreciated more tablets. In the same vein, there was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom. For the entire weekend, the pool was the center of the action. The patio furniture is pretty beat up and the table is covered in rust, which prevented us from eating outside. There was a major hazard at the edge of the pool, a hole in the concrete that had rusty nails bolted inside the hole. Trust the pictures. They're an honest depiction of the home. The whole place could use an update and the appliances could be repaired and/or better maintained. During our stay, the top basket of the dishwasher was unstable and the upper oven was out of use. Summary: Our family had a great time. The pool was absolutely wonderful and even though Brittany missed our call at check-in, she was immediately responsive once she saw that she had missed it. 4 stars.

Our family converged between Louisiana and Indiana to meet up at this great family home. The pool and outdoor space are amazing! The home has grill(s), smoker, corn hole boards, chiminah, and an amazing pool! The property was comfortable. We spent 3 nights and once we all came together no one left, everyday was pool day and cookout. My only wish would be for the shower upstairs to be updated to work better, but that is by no means a deterrent to us wanting to rent the property again for the next family get together. I highly recommend!

As the pictures indicate, this is an older home (50 years old) that had plenty of space for our family of 9. If you’re looking for a bright, modern home, this is not it. With smaller windows, it’s fairly dark throughout the home except two of the basement bedrooms. The reason we picked this house is because of the pool that’s nice and large for the kids to enjoy. The property is a tree farm with no close neighbors so very nice and relaxing. I was disappointed that the outside bar / bathroom are not useable. I don’t think they’ve been touched since the 90’s. This keeps it from being 5 stars. Overall a nice place to stay. Brittany is very accommodating.

We were so impressed with every single detail that was taken to make the home a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The house is just as the pictures show, very cozy. It has everything you need to relax. Kitchen was fully stocked grills outside for outdoor grilling. Very private. We all loved the pool and enjoyed our stay very much. There's a Walmart not far for groceries or anything else needed. We focused our weekend in Nashville before we checked into the house. My husband and I rented this place for a couple of nights with my brother and his wife and all of our kids. The place itself was great: lots of bedrooms, multiple gathering spaces, spacious kitchen and dining room, and a great pool! The downside, however, was the communication with the host. I guess they forgot we were coming because they never sent the passcode to unlock the door. Thankfully we found an unlocked door in the back after calling the host with no answer. They eventually got back to us but we were already in by then. The instructions also weren’t clear. We had been told to bring our own everything: Paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, dish washer detergent, etc. (as only one of some of these items would be provided). Upon arrival though, it was more stalked than we thought it would be which was confusing and frustrating because we had packed all that extra stuff. Overall we had a good time but mainly because of the pool and each other.
