« HORRIBLE SMELL OF CIGARETTE IN THE ROOM!
I have had a horrible experience in this hotel due to the very strong smell of cigarette that occured in my room, at any time of the day, or of the night.
Despite that the hotel room is renovated, that the location is good and that the staff was nice, this smell just ruined my whole stay.
When I complained about this to the staff, they felt quite concerned and gave me a new room. However, the smell was still present in the second room.
