Getting too shady there. Homeless hang out nearby.
"Too many people hang out by the door smoking. Some are homeless. Today a grocery cart was blocking the walkway to the customer parking lot. Time to look for another Hotel for my next trip to Portland."

"Overall this was a very nice place but the one problem was the bed. It was way too soft and after 3 nights I had to put couch cushions on the floor to sleep the last 2 nights. My sore back recovered then but sleeping in my clothes on the floor was not part of the deal."

Great location for family gathering
"This house was convenient to a family gathering we were having in nearby Oregon City. The house was roomy so even when we had three extra cousins come by for a visit the living room and fireplace area was plenty of space to fit us all comfortably."
