Guests have private access to BnB and the big attached private deck in back. This is a Duplex Bnb is #317 located on left side as you look at home.
Other things to note
*Deck is 420 friendly! Smoking is OK OUTSIDE ONLY on Deck or front porch.
*Total guest count must include children ( please note: home is not child proofed...and is responsibilityof parents). I allow 4 person's Total, which includes children..that does not mean 4 adults plus kids there is simply not enough room, and honestly 4 persons is pretty tight..it's a smaller space (725 sq )
*I have a Great Pyreneese Dog named Duke, he's a gentle giant. And a kitty(mr. meow) who live on property but do not have access to the BnB or Bnb Deck via closed gates and privacy fence. Duke might bark upon your arrival if I am not home, but just say "no bark" and he will go back to doggy nap. (text me immediately upon any barking issues and I will take care of ASAP!)
*I offer complimentary Netflix, and Hulu via my smart TV located in living room, there is only one TV which is located in living room. I also offer complimentary WI-Fi for streaming on your own devices , if desired, in bedrooms.
