We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. During Winter some places may need 4x4 capable vehicles to travel.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.



NO SMOKING inside.



Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.



Dog Policy:

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



Type of Cooling for the Home:

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.



Reminders About the Property

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

-Please keep all trash secure in the dumpster at the end of the property by unit 108. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Great property! Very clean. Centrally located in Colorado Springs. Plenty of room for the entire family, and a full bathroom for every bedroom. No sharing or waiting in line for the shower :) Only downside....there are only two parking spots (same for all units in this complex) and they are often used by other people who live in the complex. This leaves the folks at the VRBO with nowhere to park. This isn't the fault of the VRBO or the owners, it's just a heads up to other renters.....be prepared for the possible need to park further away and walk in.

Unit was modern, new and clean. Appeared much larger in listing than in person. Towels were limited. No bed linens available for pull out sofas. No hair drier, as indicated on listing and owner said he’d have one delivered but did not. No instructions given on how to operate keypad to gain entry and lock door behind you when leaving the unit. Had to call owner to obtain WiFi information. Owner’s response to messages was not always timely and there was no way to reach him by phone. We did not feel entirely safe in the neighborhood.

We were a group of 3 couples who loved not having to share bathrooms. This unit is ideally located to Pikes Peak, Broadmoor, Glen Eryie, Flying W Ranch, Garden of the Gods, and the stadium where the Rocky Mountain Vibes baseball team played. Very clean VRBO.

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was close by to all the attractions in Colorado Springs and there was a Walmart grocery store right around the corner. Very clean and warm and enough bathrooms and bathtubs and showers for the whole family. Thank you!

This home was true to the photos and provided plenty of space! We booked it because it had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. We will be back next time we are in Colorado Springs!

Excellent find in Colorado Springs

Our recent stay at this home in Colorado Springs was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we booked, the host's communication was excellent, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth arrival. The house itself was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with each room providing a relaxing retreat. But the real showstopper was the view! The panoramic vistas of the mountain were simply breathtaking, making every morning coffee and evening sunset a truly memorable experience. We can't recommend this place highly enough, and we will definitely be staying here again for future visits to the area!

Our first trip to Colorado Springs!

My husband, our twin boys, and I had a wonderful trip to Colorado Springs! This place was nice to come back to relax after al of our adventures. So comfy in the living room watching movies & playing games. We love cooking breakfast & the kitchen was perfect & had all the things we needed, especially coffee! It was very roomy, and the bedrooms were perfect. Our boys loved getting to hang out & watch TV downstairs in the living area, away from mom & dad (typical teenage boys). The beds were comfy & bathrooms were so nice. It was nice to open the windows at night & let the fresh, cool air come through. We had plenty of towels, and I loved that we were able to wash almost all of our dirty laundry before heading home. We really enjoyed our stay, and really was in a great area with access to lots of fun touristy things. We loved going down town, and enjoying local restaurants and icecream. We went to Pike’s Peak, Garden of the God’s (our favorite), & Manitou Springs. We even drove a ways to go white water rafting on the Arkansas River. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay

This was a nice newer property that has modern furniture and appliances. Well stocked with paper product though out. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware and sharp knives,and there was a canister of coffee (which we didn't notice until we were ready to leave) also some cooking oil. Beds were comfortable. It was a very pleasant place to stay and we enjoyed it. Also, the host was very responsive to questions and we were able to get an early check in.
