Guest Access:

🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the lower level unit to include the washer and dryer available for use during your stay, the kitchenette, and all we have available in the unit. This whole unit is yours which we rent out separately from the upstairs/main part of the house with it's own private entrance!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🌡️ Temperature Control: While there is no thermostat accessible in this unit, we’re happy to adjust the temperature remotely at any time to ensure your comfort. Just let us know your preferred setting, and we’ll make the adjustments promptly.



🏠 Shared Property: We rent out the main level unit upstairs separately, which has its own private entrance! Please keep in mind this is a basement unit and that noise will be observed.
