♨️ Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use. We appreciate your understanding as we work to have it ready again as soon as possible, and in the meantime you can still enjoy the shared patio with the fire pit, BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. 🚗 Great Location & Access: We are situated in a prime location just off the main highway, making it incredibly easy to get to the mountains and downtown! Please note that with this convenient setting, road noise may be audible at times.
