Our three bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options: Bedroom 1 boasts two queen beds, Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with four twins, and Bedroom 3 is the master with a king-size bed. If you need extra sleeping space, a single trundle bed can be found in the king bedroom's closet.
For the best coffee spot, head to our upper deck, where fresh mountain air and scenic views await. Need to catch up on work? There's a dedicated workspace upstairs, complete with a telescope for stargazing.
Entertainment options abound on the ground level, with foosball, ping pong, and board games at your disposal. Movie nights come to life in the seating area with a projector.

đ« Please be aware that this mountain retreat does not have air conditioning, as it benefits from the cooler temperatures of its elevated location. However, ceiling fan and a radiant heat system ensure comfort throughout the seasons.
đ« We also had to remove the outdoor swings temporarily because they were in the way of the hot tub. We're currently figuring out a new, safe spot for them.
đ¶ Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.

âą Guests must have a 4-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow-capable tires. Rear-wheel-drive vehicles are not recommended.
âą While the road to the cabin is regularly plowed, guests may need to clear the walkway and parking area themselves.
đ· Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the front of the house to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home, but it is no longer active. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

đ Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.
đł Security Deposit:
A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
