One of the beds had only been made and WAS NOT CLEAN (still full of crumbs), resulting in us needing to change rooms—after we'd already unpacked and settled in (we later discovered that ours was not the only room this had happened to that day). Additionally, the pool room had no towels, the breakfast selection was pathetic (only one of the three hot food section had anything in them, only two of the three cereal depositories had anything in them [both sugar-laiden children's garbage], and there was no fruit offered—each of the four days there was only eggs, sausage, waffles, the two cereals mentioned, milk, instant oatmeal, toast and a single yogurt option), and the supposedly no-smoking hotel had the distinct smell of cigarettes in the hallways and occasional butts that had been left in the stairwells. On the positive side, the heater-cooler units were efficient and relatively quiet, and the pool and hot tub were set at appropriate temperatures (but the latter had no whirlpool feature—just hot water).

Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly.

Disgusting, filthy , smelled horrible, asked for vacuum to vacuum room my self , could see clumps of hairs on carpet. Bought cleaning products from Walmart to disinfect and clean , sprayed Lysol all over carpet ,beds , Clorox wipes to wipe everything down , burned a candle to try and help with the smell . Hallways stunk , elevator dirty cracked tiles , whole place is a dump , most definitely not like the pictures on website .

Ive stayed at this property repeatedly. Its not terrible but it has gone downhill. I may find a better property in the future. Pros: fair price, close to I25 interstate, close to restaurants on N. Academy Blvd. Cons: dirty inside and out. Trash all around the parking lot including tires and broken glass, inside trash cans dont get emptied and people pile trash high and all over. The rooms get vacuumed and a quick mop but the walls were dirty, bathroom tile grout was dirty, and the windows all throughout are hazed so bad that you can barely see out. Also, traffic patterns to get in and out is a mess!

Auditor and breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Breakfast wasn't too good- the eggs were awful, the waffles were not done in the middle. The night auditor told anyone who would listen that she hates her job. Anyone who checked in late got told off. The rest of the front desk crew were nice and accommodating when I need to change the room type to two beds. We enjoyed the pool before bed time.

Not great, felt catfished
Photos are not accurate to the current state of the hotel. It's very dirty and worn down. The tub and shower had rust and scraps all along the doors. Stains on the sheet and carpets didn't look clean. Hot tub was broken and I could hear all the neighbors to the point where I had to stuff towels are the bottom of the doors to hopefully help with the sound.

Overall the stay was good for the price. Room was a bit small, service could have been better. Was greeted by front desk attendant and had no uniform or tag and there was really no hospitality. You can see the age on the hotel. Area was ok. Did not see anything of concern. Good for 1 night

The hotel needs a major update! We were awakened at two in the morning to a fire alarm. Of course, we got out on stairs. They were nice enough to comp the day for us. Unless they remodel, we won’t stay here again! Sorry, La Quinta!
