Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. Enjoy amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, Youtube TV, & dining room. Enjoy our patio with 2 BBQ's. Private access to your condo & no public hallways ensures your safety. Permit #A-STRP-23-0424

The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room boasts a queen sofa bed, though note pull-out couches are most comfortable for younger children. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

The rental was comfortably appointed. The kitchen had everything you need to make a variety of meals. There were split system air conditioners in the living room and both bedrooms that worked very well. Having a full-size washer/dryer in the rental was convenient. The location overlooked a meadow with beautiful trees and occasional deer. The neighbors were quiet and there was ample off-street parking.

Great stay for the lacrosse tournament we attended. Amazingly comfortable beds. A/c kept our players cool after games. It was close to the base and a great mini golf. Everything we needed and well thought out. We would stay again!

Clean and Easy

Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property.

Great condo!

Loved our stay here! Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the blackout blinds in the bedrooms were a great help for a wonderful night's sleep. The condo was clean and kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, a great coffee maker and more. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in Colorado Springs.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Had additional bedroom for daughter's family to stay with us. Pack and play, highchair, toys for the little. Plenty in the kitchen including spices. We will be back!

Dropping off our basic

close and comfortable

The property was is a perfect spot for dropping our daughter off at UCCS. We did multiple trips back and forth to the campus to condo to stores etc....nice location. The host has everything easy to find and labeled. And the little nice homey touches are above and beyond. No hunting....pillow choices....sweet gift...etc. The comfort and ease of everything definitely made high marks. Some items are a little outdated but with lots of extras you won't even notice. I guess I would request a full length mirror somewhere and wish the large master was a king. But.........great stay. We would absolutely book again.
