Welcome to our cozy 3BR, 2BA mountain retreat! Nestled in nature, our fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room ensure comfort. Enjoy table tennis, foosball, and board games, or unwind by the serene creek. Our outdoor space features a firepit, hot tub, deck with a grill, and more. Located near Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, the property offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation in a beautiful natural setting.

The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed, providing a restful night's sleep for all. With two well-appointed bathrooms, convenience and privacy are assured during your stay. Our amenities include a relaxing hot tub for unwinding and a versatile game room stocked with books, table tennis, and a variety of board games for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring cookware essentials, modern appliances, and ample counter space. You'll have designated parking spots, and our property is RV friendly. The cozy living area is equipped with smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows or movies. We've designed our space to provide you with everything you need for a memorable vacation. We can't wait to host you!

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

Guests have the option to park either in the driveway or across the street in a designated area that can comfortably accommodate approximately six cars. RV friendly.

Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Our conveniently located home ensures that you can explore the beauty of Cascade, Colorado, and its surrounding areas with ease. For those arriving by car, you'll find designated parking spots on the property, making it convenient to come and go as you please. And if you're traveling in an RV, rest assured that we are RV friendly, offering a hassle-free experience for road trippers.

Cascade provides an excellent starting point for your adventures. If you're looking to explore the iconic Pikes Peak, the famous Pikes Peak Highway is just a short drive away, providing access to breathtaking vistas and hiking opportunities. Additionally, the neighborhood offers access to various hiking trails and scenic drives, perfect for nature enthusiasts.

While you'll have the convenience of your own vehicle, it's recommended to have a car for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. However, if you prefer to leave the driving to someone else, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area.

As you return from your day's activities, our home is a welcoming oasis where you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the game room, or simply unwind in the comfort of your home-away-from-home. We're excited to host you and make your Colorado getaway as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

NO SMOKING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
There is portable AC unit but subject for availability ! If more are needed please reach out to our Guest Support line.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Beautiful home in a cute small town! Close to everything fun. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

One of the biggest reasons we stay at an air bnb is so we can cook. This was by far the worst stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. It did have dishes but lacked basic cooking equipment. The biggest being no skillet unless you wanted to cook an egg (not so helpful when cooking for 8 people) on top of that the dishwasher never worked for us. So we had to do dishes the whole time we were there! The owner was very responsive but couldn’t get a new one installed while we were there. For us it was not a great fit. But if you don’t care about cooking it is a great place to stay. We saw deer and moose and the kids loved the game room.

We loved this house, it was a perfect location and was so nice. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We hope to stay here when we come again!

Wonderful property for our family of 4! Great back yard and deck and we enjoyed the ping pong and foozeball tables. Spacious common areas, and I appreciated the light switches being labeled!

The home was very clean and well taken care of. Unfortunately the yard was quite over grown and not tended to, so much so we were unable to utilize much of the outdoor space, except for the hot tub. We did have a bear at the house when we arrived and the hosts were very responsive and took care of the issue promptly. Great location for Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs attractions. Would stay again but would request more maintenance to outdoor space.

We had a nice, relaxing time here close to Green Mountain Falls. Wanted to get out of the city for a few days, and this was a clean, well appointed rental that our kids liked as well. Would stay again.
