House was ok. Bedding and towels were clean. Carpeting was soiled throughout. When we leased the property both pool and hot tub were listed as working. When we arrived neither were usable and we were never notified that this was the case. It was a big disappointment. The pool was so dirty you couldn’t even see the bottom at the shallow end.

Overall this was a negative experience. We dealt with issues that were never addressed. Property manager was evasive and never actually solved anything. Hot tub did not work out and I communicated the issue on day 2. For four days, all I received was a constant stream of "thank you for your patience. we are working on the issue and coordinating with maintenance team." Pool slide did not work and pool water level was low when we checked in with a leak near the pump. All the manager did was send someone over to fix the leak but not the slide which apparently would have required draining most of the pool. House is big enough and relatively well stocked in good neighborhood which is why I am giving it 3 stars and not lower. But do not expect a functioning hot tub and only a semi functioning pool. So as a warning to future renters, if there are issues, DO NOT expect them to be fixed and almost certainly, expect to get the runaround. When I checked out, I expressed my over all dissatisfaction with the manager and I was told that I would get some discount. Obviously, I never received any discount either.

The host was very responsive. Overall the house was a bit run down compared to the pictures. Upon our arrival we were disappointed to find the pool and the hot tub were both unusable with algae, leaves and dirt in them. We asked the host during our stay if this could be corrected with a cleaning prior to our departure, however after acknowledging our request, no resolution was provided. We went over budget on the house based on availability of a pool and hot tub, so after check out we asked for compensation for our overall payment. The host agreed to compensate us 400 and said they would work toward fixing the situation for future guests. Shortly following this agreement the property manager from Renjoy contacted me and told me this agreement would not go into placeuntil we posted a positive review. I contacted VRBO and our issue was resolved quickly. We received the 400 compensation not contingent on a positive review.
