  • Beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre ou travailler si vous êtes si enclin dans la suite privée avec plus de 700 pieds carrés. Une chambre avec un nouveau lit king size et un canapé-lit Lazy Boy. C'est parfait pour quatre personnes. Le foyer au gaz et le décor Colorado vous font vous sentir comme chez vous dans les Rocheuses. Les ventilateurs de plafond nouvellement installés vous gardent au frais pendant les mois d'été. Kitchenette récemment rénovée avec plaque de cuisson à deux brûleurs, cafetière Keurig, eau potable chaude / froide filtrée, mini-réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, four grille-pain, mijoteuse et plaque chauffante électrique. Des collations et des jeux, ainsi qu'une télévision par satellite à écran plat de 52 pouces et NetFlix en font un bon chez-soi loin de chez soi. Machines à laver de grande taille disponibles si vous jouez boueux sur Pikes Peak. Stationnement dans l'allée et fabuleuse cour clôturée avec de l'herbe luxuriante pour que les enfants puissent jouer ou faire des anges dans la neige en hiver, une immense terrasse avec des meubles confortables pour regarder le soleil se coucher derrière Pikes Peak, un barbecue à gaz, un foyer (faites-le-nous savoir et nous vous accrocher avec des guimauves) et un étang étonnant de Koi avec cascade (très zen!) Une variété d'équipements d'activités de plein air est disponible pour votre usage, y compris des raquettes, des traîneaux, une balle d'échelle, un croquet, etc. Demandez-nous s'il y a quelque chose qui vous intéresse. Nous avons un petit chien sympathique qui se fera un plaisir de vous accompagner dans votre promenade sur l'un des nombreux sentiers de Cottonwood Park à quelques minutes de notre maison. BingHaus est situé dans un quartier sûr très calme, mais pour votre tranquillité d'esprit, des caméras de sécurité sont situées autour de toute la propriété avec une surveillance 24h / 24. Il y a des détecteurs de monoxyde, des détecteurs de fumée et un extincteur d'incendie dans BingHaus ainsi que plusieurs options d'évacuation en cas d'urgence.

An absolute must!

When looking for the most perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs, look no further than "The BingHaus". Lyssa, Dan and their beloved little Lucy are your perfect hosts. Honestly, we made the best choice over any hotel; so do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to reserve time here. The location is in a beautiful safe neighborhood close to all attractions in the Pike's Pike Region, not to mention some of the best places to enjoy a relaxing dinner at many venues nearby especially in downtown Old Colorado City. Oh, and don't worry about what you may need inside your accommodations at The BingHaus because Lyssa has thought of everything, she's just that amazing - there is nothing lacking. Comfortable sofa to relax on while enjoying the warmth from a gas fireplace on cooler nights, Large TV with Netlfix too. WIFI connection was great for checking up on my emails. The suite has everything at your fingertips, including upgraded bedding for a good night's rest, kitchen area that even offers complimentary K-cup coffee and a Laundry room filled with a full range of detergents for your use at a small utility fee. No need to pack your closest in your suitcase ladies! We felt very welcomed and would love to return some day. Thanks again Bingman family - you helped provide the perfect vacation stop. Colorado Roadtrip

WOW! What a great place to stay and what great owners!!!!! Lyssa and Dan are great hosts and shared with us a lot of information about things to see in the Colorado Springs area. They definitely thought of everything to make our stay in their apartment very comfortable. There wasn't anything that we needed. Everything was tastefully decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were very high quality and there was a large supply of them. Their outside yard was beautiful and we enjoyed meeting their little dog, Lucy. Their location is great. It's a safe area and it was close to shopping and restaurants. It was great to be able to park our car in their driveway. If we're ever in the the Colorado Springs area again, we'll definitely want to stay at the Bing Haus. Thanks Lyssa and Dan for everything.

Don't get a Hotel room!

Very nice property. The fireplace was right on time in taking the bite off the cold. The only thing to keep in mind if you stay here is there is not a stove, oven or full size refrigerator if you require one on your stay. The accommodations met our needs as we only slept here and visited at my son's place all week. It does give you the opportunity to have a place that is nice to retreat to.

Wonderful Stay!

Bing Haus was so cozy and comfortable! I was gone most of the time during the day and looked forward to coming back every night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The space was the perfect size and very clean. The bathroom was just the right size as well and in the shower they have a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was so nice to see! They have coffee there and treats for a cheap price (or free with a selfie!). Lyssa and Dan were wonderful hosts and I felt so comfortable knowing they were just upstairs. I hope to stay here again in the future and I can not recommend this place enough! :)

Beautiful Comfortable stay in Colorado Springs

BingHaus is very comfortable with a beautiful garden/yard that is very relaxing with a great view of Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods. Lyssa and Dan were very helpful hosts. The living room and the bedroom were very inviting. The kitchen and the shower were minimal and clean.

1st experience-perfection!!

This was the 1st time I have used VRBO to find a vacation rental and I was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. We were met by the property owner Lyssa and shown around the property, which looked exactly like the photos online-picture perfect. We toured the back yard at which time we were also greeted by Dan and their little dog Lucy! The place was perfect for our needs, comfy bed and all the amenities to prepare us for our daily adventures. One evening Lucy woke us up with barking early in the am and the next day Dan caught us before we left for the day and apologized and shortly thereafter Lyssa texted an apology, which we appreciated but was not necessary. We even took advantage of a tip on a wonderful spot to eat in the area and were not disappointed!! I can not say enough good things about this property and our trip, if there were more stars to give I would give them more. Thanks again Dan and Lyssa for making a long overdue vacation even more special!! I will most definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in the Colorado Springs area!! Bing Haus is the best!!!

A haven in the middle of Colorado Springs

The property was so close to a lot of major tourist attractions, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds and more. Very private and cozy. The wash machine and dryer a blessing. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

They met us as we arrived and showed us around and welcomed us to use their garden area in the rear. It was BEAUTIFUL and a view of Pikes Peak too. The downstairs apartment was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for the week. I cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night. They had everything I needed to do my cooking. And the bed was so comfy. Would recommend their place to everyone. Very welcoming and homey.

Wonderful stay for USAFA Parent's Weekend!

Before we arrived in COS, Lyssa assisted us when we added 2 extra people as well as extra days into our itinerary. The place was immaculate and the bed was super big and comfortable. We loved the decor and the super soft towels and linens! Great water pressure in sinks and showers. No need for air conditioning...the ceiling fans made it very comfortable. Quiet and secure in a good neighborhood with parking right in front of your apartment entrance. Huge flat screen TV with Direct TV and Netflix. Lyssa & Dan found folding chairs for us to use for an outdoor concert, and found a cooler for us to use as we drove back and forth to the Parent's Weekend at USAFA. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities, and less than 15 minutes from the academy. We were very comfortable at BingHaus during our stay!

Lyssa has a wonderful place and offers gracious hospitality. The basement accommodation is completely private and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. The location is wonderful, with easy access to Academy, which will take you everywhere you need to go. We were able to bring our dog, and Lyssa made her back yard available to the dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; perfect for taking the dog for a walk. We plan to stay here on future visits to the Springs.

Quite comforting get away!

Lyssa and Dan are wonderful guess and truly make this home what it is from the beautiful back yard with Mountain View’s to just the down home hospitality. Thank you for making our break away from our busy lives so special.

We had a very enjoyable experience at Binghaus. It was a very nice home away from home!

Lyssa and Dan were very gracious hosts. We came to Colorado Springs to spend my birthday with our great grandson who was born on my birthday and turned 5 this year on July 5th. In my great grandson’s words, “best day ever!” Thank you Lyssa and Dan for providing my hubby and I a great place to stay for this wonderful occasion...we will definitely be back!
