An external flight of stairs will need to be mounted to access the front door of the home.

The lower level of this home may be occupied during your stay. It is a completely separate unit so no entries or spaces will be shared. The back-yard is completely fenced-in and split into two sections, so your outdoor area, hot tub, fire pit etc., will be exclusively for your enjoyment during your stay! If an entry or door is marked as Private, please respect the signage and do not try to access the home through that means.

PARKING: The driveway is shared with the occupant of the lower unit. Please do not park in the area of the driveway that is marked in RED, the rest of the driveway and 1 car garage is available for use. Street parking is also available if needed.

*Please note, an additional fee of $25 per person, per night will automatically apply for any guests beyond the first six.

**Please note, there is a front door doorbell camera, a back door doorbell camera and a camera overlooking the backyard. The cameras will be on during your stay. There is also a noise monitor in the dinning room that measures increased decibel levels but does NOT record audio.
