Magnifiquement aménagé avec une cour clÎturée trÚs privée pour les réunions de famille et les divertissements. Cuisine gastronomique complÚte avec ßlot et coin repas. Meticulously maintained Craftsman style home in the coveted “Northend” yet close enough to downtown to take a “longish” walk to the Urban Egg for breakfast. Once you’ve spent a sun-soaked afternoon on the property’s back patio surrounded by Lonnie’s “to die for” garden, complete with water feature and automated awning, you’ll never want to leave. The property is perfect for a couple or for two couples who are close friends, because a Jack and Jill bathroom is the only facility on the main floor (2nd bathroom is in the basement). The owners are not only gracious but are extremely responsive, bringing over and hooking up a fresh tank of propane within a half hour of our text. The bedding, towels, kitchen, bathrooms and decor are all high end (and delightfully clean) and there are several cozy spots in the home to gather or to relax. If I were being picky, I would love a firmer mattress, but overall this home is nothing short of an absolute gem.

We were so excited to stay at this property a second time. Our son and his wife live in Colorado Springs and we stayed here September 2024. We came back to meet our brand new grandson this spring. It was like coming back home. This property is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We got a sweet welcome back note with a fun treat waiting for us on arrival. The neighborhood is very safe. We love the charm and the tasteful touches in this home. The home is very spacious with so many places to spread out and visit. The hosts do everything to make sure you are comfortable and all your needs and concerns are met. We look forward to coming again.

We genuinely enjoyed our time at 15E! The perfect setting to entertain family. We utilized every room in the bungalow, from the beautiful living room and dining area, to the sunroom for coffee, the fabulous kitchen and outdoor grilling area. Two nice sized bedrooms, with a shared bathroom/ shower. The owners were very gracious and made us feel right at home. I sure hope they are available the next time we visit the Springs!! Highest recommendations!!

We stayed in this beautiful home while visiting our son and daughter-in-love. We loved everything about it. It is so well stocked with all the things you could possibly need. Lots of towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen was filled with everything you could imagine for cooking and baking and even serving. The outdoor area was enjoyed as we still had really warm weather. The property managers/hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had. We got in late the first night but it was beautifully lit for us. The neighborhood was so charming and we felt very safe there. Also, really enjoyed the coffee cake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at this beautiful comfortable cottage. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and well stocked. The outdoor area is lovely. The owners were kind, communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable with beautiful homes and large open streets and sidewalks. Great location close to town. We really can’t say enough good things about this experience.

When we drove up, we were so surprised the house looked just like the picture. Inside was the same way! Loved the furnishings and how it looked like someone actually lived there. I love how this historic home has been modernized, but still had the integrity of the age of the home. Original door knobs, door latches, lovely squeaky wood floors. The back yard looked like an English garden. Landscaping was so nice. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this property. Felt right at home when we first walked in. Hope to come back to Colorado Springs again next summer. We will definitely rent this property again. This is a house that has had a lot of TLC.

We had a great stay at 15E. The house has a lot of interesting touches. The kitchen had essentials for cooking so we were able to do a grocery run and make two good dinners, one using the gas grill. Great location for runners/walkers right near beautiful greenway trail.

We arrived after dark and the house was lit and the lock box was easy to open. We were greeted by soft cozy lighting and welcomed beds. We spent a lot of time on the back patio as well as the enclosed front porch. Greg and Lonnie were easy to get ahold of and they left us a delicious coffee cake that we enjoyed in the mornings. The location was perfect. We walked the neighborhood all the way to downtown. The Lime scooters were easy to find, we used them to go to The Tasty Freeze and the grocery store. We highly recommend this property.

We were celebrating a mutual 38 year wedding anniversary with friends and chose this wonderful bungalow as our home base while in CO Springs. It was clean, towels were soft, water pressure was good, and communication with Greg was easy. From the description, it was hard to determine where the 2nd bedroom was and we assumed that the 2nd bedroom was connected to the 2nd bathroom. The two very comfortable bedrooms are actually connected to a Jack and Jill bath on the main floor with the 2nd bath in the basement. It worked out fine but would have liked to know going in how the layout was. It was really hot in CO Springs when we were there and the air conditioning kept up fine. The location was perfect with easy access to Manitou Springs, Garden of Gods, 7 Bridges trail, downtown and other attractions. If you are in CO Springs and looking for a good Chinese dinner, we can highly recommend the Shangri-La Restaurant up north. Of course, you have to sample Josh and John's ice cream. Wonderful time in CO Springs.

A beautiful property in a quiet location. Every room is completed to a high standard and the house is stocked with all you need. The tv room, laundry and second bathroom are downstairs but it works well as the living areas on the ground floor are spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The sun room in particular is lovely for a morning coffee. Nothing negative to say and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay and the property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, beds are super comfortable, garden/backyard is an absolute zen haven, and the home is located close to tons of great restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods. Highly recommend!
