Imaginez-vous sur un sommet privé avec une vue de 30 miles dans toutes les directions. Ajoutez ensuite un appartement luxueux avec des murs de verre pour profiter de la vue panoramique. Vous contemplerez les véritables "montagnes pourpres" et "plaines fruitées" qui ont inspiré l'écriture de America The Beautiful.
Il s'agit d'une propriété trÚs unique, située sur une falaise, à environ 800 'plus haut que la ville avec une vue à 360 degrés. Il se compose d'un appartement de luxe entiÚrement privé et joliment décoré situé au niveau inférieur de la maison (les propriétaires vivent au dernier étage) avec 2 entrées privées (ce n'est pas un sous-sol). Il y a en fait 2 suites séparées par un couloir commun (comme 2 chambres d'hÎtel dans le couloir l'une de l'autre), une suite contient un lit / salle de bain principal, une cuisine complÚte et le salon. L'autre suite dispose de 2 chambres et d'une salle de bain complÚte. Au total, il y a 3 chambres avec lits queen et 2 salles de bain complÚtes et plus de 1600 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Les équipements incluent le Wifi gratuit, 55 "et trois téléviseurs de 32", DVD, cuisine complÚte, Keurig Kcup et cafetiÚres goutte à goutte, suite parentale, abri d'auto, table de pique-nique extérieure, foyer au gaz, sÚche-cheveux, fer et planche à repasser, W / D, et beaucoup plus.
Vous serez Ă  5-10 minutes de Broadmoor, Ft. Carson, le zoo de renommĂ©e mondiale, Seven Falls, la World Arena et le magnifique Cheyenne Canyon oĂč vous pouvez conduire ou partir en randonnĂ©e dans un magnifique pays alpin. We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs! The views were spectacular of the mountains and the city including the garden of the gods in the distance! Our hosts Gary and Janet were the nicest and made us feel right at home! We highly recommend staying here!

This was our first visit to CO, so first visit to Colorado Springs, too. This property proved to be a great launchpad for exploring the local area and also driving further out, with good access to the mountains. The host was communicative and helpful, onsite (floor above) too, so very accessible. Perhaps a little unusual (but clearly stated in the listing), the hosts live in the 2nd floor and part of the VRBO is a share access corridor which is used to move between to spaces on the ground floor. The hosts were very respectful of that space during our entire stay. We only saw them when we needed to see them, aside from discreetly heading out to just get on with their day-to-day. We stayed over the Xmas period and the host went above on beyond by providing an Xmas tree and festive lights. Dedicate parking, full kitchen, our teen boy having his own bedroom, bathroom and TV lounge...and the great views from the elevated situation of the property, all contribute to a successful package.

This home is everything that is advertised in the listing. The location is wonderful and is within 15-25 minutes of all major sites you'll want to see here in Colorado Springs. The views of the mountains during the day & views of the city lights at night simply cannot be beat anywhere!! Host & his wife are wonderful and we felt very much at home during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Cliff House -- loved having three bedrooms and two baths, and the views from the house were amazing. The house was also close to many amenities and hiking areas.

Gary and Janet have the most beautiful home. The view in the evening is breathtaking. Its true they are upstairs but you never hear from them nor see them. Everthing about this house is perfect and it was perfectly located for all of our adventures.

This very well maintained and clean property is in a very nice neighborhood outside of the city of Colorado Springs. Views are like in the descriptions and are expansive. You can even see the Garden of the Gods in the distance. The owner, Gary was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed eating at a restaurant they recommended that was NOT a tourist trap. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and other basics. They even had a cooler we could borrow! Great location for quite views and as a base to tour the area. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this property is truly spectacular! The hilltop views extend for miles below to the north, east, and south, and the mountains provide a beautiful view to the west. We spent every late afternoon and evening on the patio enjoying the changing colors of the sky as the sun descended and set, and then marveling at the emergence of miles of city lights. Gary is a welcoming and attentive host. The apartments are well maintained, comfortable and well equipped. We have rented VRBO properties for years, and we enjoyed our stay at this one more than almost any other.

We really enjoy our family 4 nights at Gary and Janet's house in Sep. Place is very clean, well stocked and well decorated. The view of mountain, sunrise, Hot air baloon festival is amazing! Hosts are super friendly. Very quiet from upstairs. Kids love to play w their puppies. Thank you Gary and Janet. Will be back soon!

The views were outstanding in all directions. It was conveniently located for in town and out of town trips. The facility was just as presented with the exception if one thing--there was no grill available. The host was easy to communicate with and prompt in his responses.

We had a quick little girls’ weekend getaway to the Springs with a coworker who was in from the UK. We wanted her to see the beautiful mountains, and experience Colorado hospitality, and the cliff house did not disappoint! I am going to miss mornings on the patio enjoying the breeze and the view! The place was beautiful, and though the owners lived upstairs, we still felt like we had our own safe space. And, Gary made sure we knew about the living arrangements after I booked and was willing to cancel if we did not feel comfortable with the arrangement, which was great. Gary was a lovely and helpful host and we definitely look forward to coming back. It was great for a girls’ weekend and I am looking forward to coming with my partner and our friends as well.

This house was just perfect. The house was just like it was described. Everything you could need is there. The views from inside and out are just spectacular, just like pictured on VRBO. Gary and Janet were lovely hosts. If I get a chance to go to Colorado Springs again, I will definitely stay here. The location was just right for all of the attractions in the Colorado Springs area. I rented this VRBO for a Women’s Hiking Retreat that I was hosting. The property manager, Gary, went above and beyond all my expectations. From check-in to check-out, he made everything very easy! I highly recommend him and his VRBO! It is conveniently located to everything in the area and has breath taking views!

We had a short weekend in the springs, this place worked well for us. The owner is upstairs, but we were not bothered. Gary was very attentive and friendly. The 2 rooms are like 2 masters, but the stairway to upstairs (owners space) is open to our hallway between rooms which was a bit odd. Maybe a door at the bottom of the stairs would provide more privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay, had a private patio and nice accommodations, for a good price.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Gary greeted us upon arrival, gave us a tour, tips on the places we had planned to see and made suggestions for places that might not have been in the tourist info. He was available to answer questions but otherwise we didn't know he was there. The apartment was well stocked and the views are amazing. The sunrise is worth setting an alarm to see. We would definitely stay here again!
