Nestled in the heart of Colorado Springs, this beautifully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: fresh linens, plush pillows, towels, cookware, dishes, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies. We provide all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Roku Smart TVs in every room—perfect for streaming your favorite shows or casting directly from your phone.

Self check-in is a breeze with keyless entry located on the front door handle. On the day of arrival, you’ll receive check-in instructions as soon as the home is cleaned and ready for you.

The location was perfect for all the events we came to Colorado Springs to attend. This house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to messages. Quiet neighborhood and the history made it a bit sweeter. (You should put the history of the house in there… very Colorado!!)

Graduation celebration get away

I loved it it was peaceful the area for the dogs was not what we expected. The bed however could be firmer though some people like a soft mattress. This property was perfect for me and my wife. I will definitely be recommending and will be planning our next vist with this property's owner again. They were kind enough to let me know we had left a few items and even were willing to mail them to me but lucky we had not left town uet and we were able to geab the items. I look forward to visiting and renting from this host again next year.

Felt like home

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week and felt so comfortable while there. Host, Savannah, was very communicative and insightful on where to go and what to do. She even gave us a heads up on the crowding around the area for the 4th of July. This allowed us to plan accordingly and be back on property before any streets were blocked off. The neighborhood was calm yet walking distance from several restaurants, parks and other local gems. There are bikes and scooters that you can rent everywhere so if you don't want to drive around, you have options. The views are breathtaking in Colorado Springs and this property is smack dab in the middle of it. We will definitely be coming back.

No air conditioner in bedroom which made it extremely hot! Need to add a window A/C. Only pedestal sink in bathroom. No place to put makeup, lotions, etc. No washcloths or hand towels in bathroom, only bath towels No dish rag, only kitchen towels No instructions on using TV, sound on TV would not get louder Bed envelopes you when you lay down, hard to get out of and very uncomfortable Minimal kitchen items Parking is so tight, our full sized truck barely fit. Owner needs to stay in unit to experience bed, lack of towels, hot bedroom, and lack of kitchen supplies. Would not rent this unit again.

Colorado Springs

Nice house. Key pad was a challenge and listing had noted air conditioning but none was found. Due to location and weird neighbor. I wasn’t comfortable leaving the windows open at night. Great WiFi and TV with Disney already up and running was awesome. One neighbor yelled at us every time we pulled up. That was unnerving.

No soap

The house is very small. The listing said there was a fenced back yard. I could not get in the back yard and would not let my dog in the yard if I could. No hand soap in bath or kitchen . No paper towels. The internet would cut out every 5 min.

Perfect location

Needed a place close to the hospital. This was perfect. A plus was being able to walk our pup close by. Our first time to use VRBO and our host was patient and walked us thru it. Neighbors and neighbors friendly. Thanks !!

Disappointed!

All advertised when I booked! It does not sleep 4! It does not have a hot tub! Does not have a yard for your dog!! Our feet & socks were black from the floors! The whole place needs a good deep cleaning!! Coffee machine no filters! The pictures don’t represent the living room! The only thing was good was we got to check in early! Check out time has 2 different times!! Pretty disappointing from a fellow VRBO OWNER!

Perfect spot!

I had a great stay here, the place is small, but it was just me so it was perfect. The location is very convenient, and it was nice to have to off street driveway for parking. Savannah was easy to reach when I had questions, which was great.

Overnight trip

Cute bungalow with lots of surprise amenities. We spent the night in the area with our dogs. House was comfortable and stayed cool even during the summer. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Awesome!! Savannah has done a great job renovating this little bungalow. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is centrally located with easy access in any direction of Colorado Springs. Savanah was also very easy to communicate with, although it is all contactless and I am not the best high tech operator.
