Summary:
Welcome to our inviting four-bedroom retreat in Colorado Springs! Each room features a queen bed for a peaceful sleep, while the living room offers two sofa beds and a 65-inch Smart TV. The family room includes a 50-inch Smart TV and a ping-pong table. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a barbecue with the provided grill. Stay comfortable with central AC. Explore nearby attractions and create lasting memories in this spacious Colorado Springs haven!

The Space:
Enter through the front door and into the large, open living and dining room with formal seating for 10 (bumper pool table can be converted for additional dinning seating of up to 14) , and room for many more informally 
 at the recliners in front of the big TV, or the gaming table in the corner. The open, modern kitchen is adjacent, and just waiting for your culinary creations. Just below the kitchen is another living space complete with a warm, inviting gas fireplace and another big TV. Downstairs is yet another separate living room, with yet another big TV — along with a ping pong table and bedroom. The upper level of the home contains the other 3 bedrooms, including the masterful master with masterful master-bath.

Even more exceptional, perhaps, than the indoor living spaces, are the OUTDOOR ones. Featuring 2 separate walkouts 
 via the family room and kitchen 
 the 3-tiered deck/patio invites a true, Colorado outdoor-living and dining experience, all year round. Relax in the hot-tub. Sit comfortably around the gas fire pit. Grill a masterpiece. Watch the kids play in the expansive yard. Live, laugh, love it. This one has it all.

Plenty of room to spread out in this spacious 4 level, 4 bedroom basement home. Amenities include a hot-tub, 3 TV's, 3 big living rooms, a fireplace, gaming table, board games, ping pong table, and more. Chairs, beds, couches, comfort for days.

Guest Access:
The whole home is completely private to you. There is parking in the garage, and plenty of on-street parking. Access is with a door code and it will be provided to you once you book your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the northeast side of Colorado Springs not far from restaurants, shopping, dining, nightlife and major roadways, this home is approximately 15 minutes from all of the major attractions including Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, Downtown, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, the Broadmoor and MORE. The interstate is close by, shopping is close by, all that you could need or want is close by, but being in a more suburban setting allows us to offer this home at an exceptional price, an exceptional value for your family's, your group's stay in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

House Rules Required

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

NO SMOKING inside.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

1. There are four cameras: three positioned in the back along the fence line to capture activities in that area, and one in the front aimed toward the street.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

This house is off N Academy. It was so easy to get any where around the springs. Tons of room!!!! Great outdoor space. We stayed over Thanksgiving when it snowed. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak from front window and jacuzzi.

My family has finally made its trek west to the mountains. We have been planning this trip for years. We decided to choose VRBO as the platform to rent a home. We really enjoyed the ease of renting with them. The management company Hoste was incredible to work with. They are top notch and we will absolutely stay with them again. We stayed here for USAFA Parents weekend and it was fantastic! There was so much for our cadet to do with her brother and us. The spa was amazing! Our kids loved the tether ball and horseshoe outside. And the ping pong table inside was a hit! Easy check in and beds were very comfortable! Will definitely be renting this place again!
