3 BED Home w/Hot Tub & Grill

This fantastic home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from the downtown local shops and restaurants! The home itself boasts architectural details and built-in cabinetry that you just don’t find in newer homes, while the décor combines a retro feel with all the modern conveniences that we’ve all come to rely on.

The main entry to this home will be through the backyard- you’ll park in your private, reserved area off of the alley and then enter through the adjacent gate to stroll through the wonderful fully fenced backyard to be greeted by Xeriscaped landscaping, a patio with a dining area, a grill, a separate lounging area and plenty of room for the kids to run and play! (however many legs they may have)

The landscaping here is intended for anyone that prefers spending their mornings, evenings (and anywhere between) sitting peacefully in nature and sipping their preferred beverage. You’ll notice that even the windows in this home do their best to lure you outside- and bring lots of natural light inside! Mature trees and bushes compliment the zero-scaping and draw local birds and wildlife to come for a visit.

The hot tub is nestled under a gazebo so you can relax in warmth and ease your aches from the days adventures no matter what the weather is doing! (and Colorado is notorious for Mother Nature being a “bit” bi-polar)

You’ll enter this home through the door on the left side of the house into the bright, squeaky-clean kitchen which offers Granite Counters, a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and a microwave. Any necessary cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses etc. are already stocked in the kitchen and waiting for your arrival.

When you turn left, you’ll walk through the dining area with seating for 6 people. Next, you’ll come to the spacious living room, with Suede couches and comfortable seating for 6, as well as a 55” flat-screen Roku tv to stream all your favorite entertainment over the high-speed Wi-Fi. Under the TV there’s a lovely glass rock GAS fireplace to keep you cozy on chilly evenings. Off the back corner of the living room, you’ll find the full-sized clothes washer & dryer.

When you exit the far side of the living room, you’ll find the first bedroom on your left- this room has a queen-sized pillow top mattress and plenty of storage between the dresser and closet. The Master bedroom is the next door on the right and offers a king-sized memory foam mattress, its own 42” Roku TV, a dresser, a desk and a closet.

The next door to the right gives you entry to the ¾ bathroom which boasts a custom shower head and a built-in shower seat so you can sit, relax, and just enjoy.

The final doorway (again to your right) leads to the third bedroom which features a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a 36” Roku TV, a desk and a closet.

All 3 bedrooms have been equipped with your comfort in mind and have fresh linens that are ready and waiting for you to pull them open and fall into! This wonderful home is clean, stylish and provides for all your daily living needs! All linens and towels are supplied for your visit as well as all the normal necessities such as a hair dryer, clothes iron, soaps, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for the nights you prefer to stay in to cook, while there's also quick access to restaurants & lounges for the nights that you're just not feelin' it- and want to grab a quick dinner & drink or to socialize.

-You will have the entire home to yourself!
-This home offers keyless entry, Wi-Fi, Central A/C and laundry facilities
-There are 4 security cameras that are located on the exterior of the house near entry points. They are on and operational. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for security and liability reasons only, and in no way will infringe upon your expectations of privacy in the public areas of this property.
-I’ll provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like soap, toilet paper, coffee supplies, etc.
- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors

PETS: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to stay at this home for an additional fee of $49 a week (per pet). Please note that while the yard area is fully fenced, you’ll need to inspect the fencing before leaving your pet unsupervised- every pet has their own unique escape skills. -All animals must be disclosed and approved before checking in. We ask that you clean up any waste your pet leaves and dispose of it- additional cleaning fees will apply if you leave it behind.
