No Water in Hotel
Late check in so it went as per normal. After all the paperwork was done and I was headed to my room the clerk said there had been a problem with the water and I may need to let it run for a bit to get good pressure and hot water. When i got to the room I turned on the water and there was only a trickle I let it run over an hour with no improvement. such a lack of water the toiles would not flush. In the morning there was still no water, could not shower or flush toilets. The morning clerk said she hadn't heard of any problems. I was working with the local fire department that day and mentioned that I was told the main had broken. They knew nothing about it and said that they had not been informed of such.

Bathroom issues.
They first put me on a room with work stoll being done in the bathroom. There were tools and equipment in the bath tub. Then moved me to a room with a broken toilet seat. I just stayed in the room because I didn't want to move a third time and was only staying one night. Overall was a nice room, but the staff not knowing the conditions in the rooms was disappointing.

The front desk staff (more than one person!) were all extremely helpful and kind. The hotel and rooms are a little worn down, but very well cared for, and the service and value made this a place I would return to.

What a joke!
We booked a single king and pre paid for it, but when we checked in they didn't have any available. So she says we have a double queen. I said okay fine, and I got no price break for it either. So we finished checkin and went to our room. Turns out she also put us on the freeway side of the building which was noisy of course! After driving for 11 hours we didn't want noise, anyway we decided just to deal with because we didn't want to deal with moving all of our bags to another room. So we get ready for showers and bed, and of course there was no hot water! We decided to wait until morning to see if maybe the hot water tank needed to heat up. Morning come along and no fricken hot water! So now I'm absolutely livid about the whole ordeal! We pack up and try to check out just before 5am and when I finally was able to find somebody at the front desk to let me in the lobby, after telling her about the hot water she proceeded to blow it off and didn't even apologize about it. So I walked out and went on my way. So I and my entire family are NEVER going to stay at a Days Inn by Wyndham again! I think I should get a full refund for my stay!

Hotel is very old & run down. Has a large amount of permanent residents. I always making sure to double check that the locks on my door.

Room was not very clean. Hair in the tub. Room was not vacuumed recently. Dead bugs everywhere. Beds uncomfortable.

Friendly guy working the night shift @the front desk….Unfortunately, there are men’s beard trimmings all over the shower wall at face height and other dried fluids on shower tile. Human hair on 3 of the 5 pillow cases on “freshly made” bed. I’m currently praying it belongs to room service and not previous occupant. Pillows smell like sweaty crotch. Had to cover pillow with my own dirty shirt. Seemed like a better option then not. Room smells heavily of cheap carpet cleaner. Hopefully the floor is at least clean-ish. If you have to stay here bring your own sheets!

Comfortable beds, was a little offput by lack of towels & hesitation on giving us more due to green eco policy. Great breakfast & conveniently located off highway. Good for a quick place to stay.

Last resort
At first glance, the property needs major updates. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. No elevator. Then, we used the shower and the sink backed up with gray foul smelling water. Didn't ever go down. Pretty disgusting. Towels were super thin, stained and didn't smell fresh.
