« A beautiful property, tastefully decorated, clean and everything you need for a getaway. Had a "girls" retreat! A little shopping across the river in LeClaire. Some eating out. Lots of snacking. Well equiped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Wonderful! »

« There was nothing that I can think of that we needed while there except maybe a spider detector. This place couldn’t have been more conducive to our needs. The nearby park was beautiful to walk to. There are plenty of churches to choose from. We felt very relaxed and at home. The only thing that creeped me out was the big spider in my bed and one in the shower the next morning. Both of which were obliterated. Thanks! »

« Celebrated 50 years married with family here. Spacious accommodations, nice scenery, fun game room. A place for everyone to sleep, nice and ample dining areas, plenty of room in the kitchen. Kitchen was missing some everyday items like pot holders and a colander. Went and purchased what we needed and added to inventory. Such a minor negative for all the great times we had in this house. Family time is the best time. Thanks. »

« This property went beyond my expectations. We had family from CA, TX, ND, and FL all meet up in IA for a family Celebration of Life. 9 adults total, and with three separate gathering areas, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very adequate for our cooking/baking needs. Although we had no small children, we did notice the nice-sized room with plenty of baby items. « This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. « We had a such a great time in this rental property. The view is phenomenal! With the jacuzzi, wow! My friends and I fished the whole day and we we're catching fish left and right! So fun! What I got was nesting eagles in the tree out my window, a nightly roaring fire with ample wood supply, super responsive host, welcome wine and snacks, comfortable beds and high end baths, white linens and privacy. If you don’t mind steps to enter the home, and some personal touches throughout (books, candles, travel trinkets, mugs, condiments, kid fun) you will enjoy your stay very much! « It was a nice four room upstairs apartment. It was nice and relaxing. I didn't end up using the TV or the video games included in the stay but it was a nice addition. The toilet tank stopped filling up for some reason and I had to refill it with water from the sink. Other then that a great place to stay for one or two days. »
