"Where do I start… dusty room(made me congested the entire three days, couldn’t sleep), washroom door doesn’t even close properly, screaming shower head (squealing noise the entire shower every time), loud until late (if your room faces the pool), you can hear everyone in the hallway. Staff were very friendly and helpful though, as usual. But I wouldn’t stay in the old building for the reasons above. Newer building rooms are better. I only stayed in the old building this time because no other rooms were available."

"Bonjour, nous avions choisi cet hotel car ils acceptaient les animaux. Cependant, ils nous attendaient avec une pénalité de 250 USD$ au check out car il fallait leur dire que nous avions un petit chien. Nous avons pu négocier pour 125$ CAN au lieu de 250$. Il reste qu’avoir su ça nous serions allés dans un Marriott ou autre hotel. "
