« I made reservations for 3 nights to visit friend who was on hospice . She ended up passing away while I was there . We wanted to cancel the last night and get a refund ( there was no reason for us to stay in town) I prepaid in advance . The hotel manager - Beth-would not refund us the last night . After several discussions she refused. How heartless is that ? Plus the staff at front desk told me if she checked us out early I would be charged a one night fee for cancelling within the 48hr cancel...

« We arrived and found our house to be spotless! The location was great for us. We could hear passing trains, but that was an added bonus as we love trains. The house was small but perfect for both of us. I don't think we would have known what to do with our luggage if we had more people sharing our space. I'd ditch the artificial plant/tree in the bedroom as it was really in the walkway going around the bed. The porch was nice and provided a place to sit and relax, but you are looking at...

« Excellent. Beey clean and cozy »

« Comfortable and clean facility. Nice selection of breakfast options and the staff keeps it restocked and clean »

« On a été bien servis. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était tranquille. Le déjeuner est très bien et on pouvait quitter à midi. »

« Hôtel à recommander, chambres propres »

« Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et propre »

« No issues. Excellent staff very helpful with locating local restaurants. Very clean and well maintained.. »

« The hotel was clean and well maintained. Location is excellent if you want to be near the mall, restaurants and close to the highway. The room was well maintained but there was minor damage in the shower. The water pressure and temperature variation was wonderful. My only complaint was the breakfast. The food was less than desirable and the selection was limited. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again especially since the price is affordable. Also, I did not see an elevator...

« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« Very nice hotel, great friendly staff, easy access to highway. Breakfast was really good as well- the breakfast area had plenty of seating to accommodate guests. They even have little fenced in dog yard for the furry travelers. I liked the outside area too- big grill, place to relax around the fireplace and the pool that looked to be a good size. Will definitely stay again! »

« Clean room, staff was friendly. The bath towels were terrible. Hard to dry off. »

« Very clean and quite place. Only comment: rooms are cleaned every day, soap and towel changed every day which is not necessary. »

« The room and bedding were very good but the bathroom need just a little tlc. »
