Country Getaway at Eleven Oaks Ranch……Coleman, Texas

For the perfect ā€œCountry Getawayā€, visit ELEVEN OAKS RANCH house, located on a five generation ranch just 7 miles West of downtown Coleman, Texas. The relaxed country style family room and dining room includes a 52ā€ television with cable and Wi-Fi.
The newly remodeled kitchen offers stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast/work island, along with all utensils and dishes needed for cooking and serving meals.

The ā€œRanchā€ Bedroom provides a queen size bed and guest closet. It also has a 42" wall mounted smart TV. This bedroom offers "blackout" curtains for maximum relaxation. The ā€œRodeoā€ Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a twin size bed, and guest closet. All bed linens are furnished. Two twin sofa beds and a cowboy cot can accommodate 3 more guests. All sleeping areas offer ceiling fans for your comfort. One and a half newly remodeled bathrooms provide toilets, vanities, and a large walk in shower. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer are provided.

The complete laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener sheets for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered patio or beneath the century old Oak trees. Watch breath taking sunsets, view Texas native wildlife, enjoy bird-watching, and enjoy some incredible star- gazing during your visit. Springtime brings an array of wildflowers, blooming cactus, and native grasses. Take a nature walk around the five acre Yard surrounding the house. A propane grill is provided for use on the patio.
Covered parking for two vehicles is available.

While visiting ELEVEN OAKS, visit the great restaurants, quaint shopping, and friendly people in downtown Coleman, just a short drive away. Picnics, fishing, and boating are just next door to the ranch at beautiful Hords Creek Lake. O.H. Ivie Reservoir and Lake Brownwood are just a short trip away. Have a great lunch at Cattle Drive restaurant or at the vintage soda shop inside the Owl Drug Store in downtown Coleman.

ELEVEN OAKS is pet friendly upon approval by the hosts. While walking your pet, they should be kept on a leash, so they do not escape into the highway or into the nearby pasture where livestock reside.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
When in effect, Coleman County Burn Bans must be strictly observed!

We enjoyed the peacefulness of this property. The kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed game night every evening on the porch or in the living room. Very cozy home. We will be back to visit again!

We came to Santa Anna to our ranch, however, we don't have a house. Also, we were there to celebrate my 89th birthday. It was heaven to return every evening to a lovely house with AC!! We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a big plus. The grounds were lovely with flowers and humming birds. We will stay there again in the future!!

Relaxing and very quiet. We enjoyed sitting under the covered porch while a thunderstorm came thru. Beautiful oak trees on the property. The house was very nice inside. The kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is a 5 minute drive to Coleman so it’s very close. Property manager was very responsive and kind. Lots of amenities and extras from other properties we have stayed at in the past. We will stay there again.

We had such a nice stay here. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It is a few miles outside of town, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. If we are ever back in the area, this is where we will be staying.

It was fine. I should have looked more closely at the location because next time we will stay somewhere where we can walk more. The house is about ten minutes outside of town and at the corner of two relatively busy streets so we couldn't walk the countryside. There were bugs inside the house, which I guess you can't prevent. The main bed is really hard. Otherwise, the house was fine. We experienced a thunderstorm and the lights went on and off. I contacted the owner, who was VERY responsive. However, there were no supplies like flashlights inside the house for emergencies and the roof leaked. Other pros were that it was fully stocked, laundry on premises, and the owner is very nice.

Unfortunately right after we checked in and moved our stuff inside, the AC motor blew. 82 degrees inside and over 100 outside - all of us and the host agreed we wouldn't be able to last there over a 3-day weekend. Fortunately, even with a rodeo in town, we land room at a local hotel so we had a cool place to rest our heads all weekend. From the limited time we were on site it is as described, roomy, and obviously well taken care of. The host was very apologetic and worked swiftly to resolve the issue.

This property was perfect for my Sister, Mom, and me. The home was clean, stocked well, nice thick towels, and plenty of space. The yard was spacious and relaxing. It was close enough to town to go shopping or out to eat. The host was very pleasant and responsive. We would definitely recommend!

The property is at a crossroad, but there is very little traffic and we didn’t notice at all. The house was very well kept and great for us to spend some time with family away from everything. We also enjoyed some wine in Coleman and it was an easy drive to Brownwood where we caught some HPU games. I would gladly stay here again.

Great quite house and area! Would highly recommend! Came for Eclipse and visit friends. Saw some Zebras and lots of mesquite. Caught fish in Coleman and eat at Big O's that is now closed.

Such a beautiful little house. Very clean. Everything we needed for a girls weekend getaway. Shopping in the quaint town of Coleman was a really nice. We really enjoyed the large covered patio. The house nice and very clean the only thing was just the water flow from shower was to slow and seems like we couldn’t turn down the hot water it was to hot w showered with hot water the whole time hopefully it gets looked at and fixed not everyone like hot showers but outher then that it was all great most definitely recommend to anyone that visiting and needing a place to stay
