    Offrant à ses clients le forfait idéal avec deux salles de bains (une avec baignoire), un parking couvert, une station d'accueil pour iPod, une télévision LCD et un lecteur DVD et la climatisation à cycle inversé dans le salon principal. Cadre extérieur couvert et barbecue pour recevoir en famille et entre amis.

    ROSE COTTAGE est votre maison loin de chez vous dans la belle Sawtell.

    Le barbecue est situé sur la véranda.
    Tout le linge est fourni - Nous vous demandons simplement d'apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.

All good!

Very pleasant home. Clean and well maintained with plenty of room to relax. Easy walk to all the "Sunny Sawtell" attractions (beach, coffee, club and pub)! Would be a 5 star rating.., if dishwasher was installed (owners please take note).

It was great. Photos were a bit misleading as it looked like it was 3 bedrooms - two of which has 2 x single beds - not the case. Needs airing out - it's pretty musty in there.

Things to be aware of: One bedroom definitely a kids room as it is walk through enclosed balcony with glass doors. Only 1 shower, only a bath in the other bathroom. Otherwise perfectly fine.

1970's vibe in great location

Property in good condition, clean and great location just back from main street and beach. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Only improvement would be curtains to separate sleepout from main area, as glass doors only divide. More of an issue if staying with friends or older kids.

Reviewer Comments: Rose cottage is an excellent choice for families wanting to stay near the beach and be close to shops, cafe's, restaurants etc. The property was clean, well maintained, and included all the required amenities as was described on the website. The property management acted professionally by giving us a courtesy call prior to check-in to ensure the process went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars except for the planned 4 hr power outage by essential energy to remedy a power line to the property that we were not informed about. Despite this it was a fantastic stay and would recommend it to any family wanting to stay on the Coffs coast.

Spacious cottage for family stays. Walking distance to shops, pub, and cafes. Easy access to beach and safe swimming with ample parking and picnic amenities. Only disappointment no WiFi!
