Great place to stay right across the street from the beach and within short walking distance to stores and restaurants. Nice pool and huge balcony. Free covered parking and free laundry on site. Only negative is that the air con is only in the living room so the bedrooms were kind of hot, and also the air con is on a 4 hour timer so it shuts off in the night.

This property was advertised as an apartment, but is is a very small area that a bed and a small table fits in with a small bathroom to the side. There are no sitting areas and barely enough room in the space for the bed!!! The entire "apartment" was only about a 8x10 room. It has a NOT an apartment!!! I feel duped. To add to our disappointment there is literally nothing nearby.

Brilliant halfway point between Brisbane/Newcastle
We needed a halfway point to stop over between Brisbane and Newcastle and honestly we couldn't have asked for better. This place was well priced comfortable and the pool was just awesome to dip into after a long drive.

Fantastic!
Was a last minute booking for an overnight stop. Straight forward booking and very clear communication with management. Room was immaculately clean, comfy beds and fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars all round!

Property was clean and tidy and the location fantastic, great place to just leave belongings and go out and explore Coffs Harbour. But very basic, no oven, no broom to just give the floor a quick sweep, staff only available through a phone number.

the room entrance was onto the carpark and there was continual noise from people entering and leaving. Then customers started packing their care from 5am slamming doors and keeping us awake. room had no natural air flow.

Nice hotel near glorious beeches
The Hotel is well placed for the beech there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was kept very clean. It was a very quiet and peaceful hotel. The beeches around the hotel are glorious.

Easy to book online. Key retrieval was quick and easy. Unit was very clean and modern (updated). Access to pool from the unit was great. Customer service from the complex (Josh) was excellent. Recommended for value for money.

Convenient and quiet place to stay
This accommodation was in a quiet area of Coffs Harbour. The motel style room was very clean and well maintained. Having a pub across the road to walk to was very handy. The only complaint I would have is that as there is no front reception area, we found it hard to find our room. It would have been helpful to have the room location forwarded to us in a text.

Stayed one night with 2 other adults. Room was clean and comfortable and met our requirements. Unit backs on to pool and upon arrival were greeted with screaming children running past the door. Not what you want to hear after driving for several hours. Had difficulties opening safe to collect keys. After several attempts worked out that handle had to be in an EXACT spot before allowing door to open. This booking looses major points as when I was making the booking online, my computer froze and incorrect date was booked. I wanted the next day. Contacted lastminute.com immediately to rectify issue. They spoke to apartment who advised that I needed to cancel the booking and rebook paying the cancelation fee of several hundred dollars. This was not appreciated as the original booking had only been made less than 5 minutes earlier by the time they were contacted. I had to rebook as I had already spend several hours trying to book somewhere in Coffs harbour for that night I required so I sucked up the cancelation fee. The room was fine but the service sucked. There are no staff on site.
