Living space

Inside, the unit carries a stylish, design-forward feel with chic decor that leans into a beach-inspired ambiance throughout. The layout is comfortable and easy to settle into, with a dedicated workspace tucked away if you need to log in for a bit, and a TV for evenings when you'd rather stay in. A smart lock and self check-in mean you can come and go on your own schedule, no front-desk waiting required.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms with 4 beds total, making it a comfortable fit for a family, a group of friends, or two couples sharing the trip. You'll find bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades ready for restful nights, plus a pack 'n play and high chair on hand if little ones are joining.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals at home base, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics and a full set of dishes and silverware. Step outside to the outdoor dining area or fire up the BBQ grill for a meal under the open sky.



Bathroom

The single bathroom is outfitted with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and shampoo, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before you head back in.



Outdoor spaces

A backyard gives you room to spread out, and beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the water without packing extra. The home is single level with no stairs, and parking is easy with free parking on premises plus free street parking.

Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

-The pool is under repair





Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we provide 2 queen and 1 king beds that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest.
