The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like modern futnirture, chic chromatic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!
