Superbe nouvelle maison privée de 5 chambres SailAway, piscine privée, à quelques pas de Cocoa Beach

Profitez de la plage dans cette élégante maison de luxe luxueuse de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain à 200 mÚtres des sables chauds et doux de Cocoa Beach. Cette belle maison d'un étage de 2450 pieds carrés n'a pas d'escaliers et pas de rues à traverser sur votre courte promenade tranquille vers la plage.

Le SailAway Beach House a été conçu pour répondre aux besoins des familles nombreuses ou des groupes d'entreprises. Il peut accueillir de 10 à 12 personnes. La grande salle spacieuse combine le salon, la cuisine et les coins repas. Profitez de l'inclinaison sur l'un des canapés en cuir pendant que vous regardez la télévision connectée de 65 pouces au-dessus de la cheminée décorative en briques blanches. Préparez vos repas en utilisant les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine à aire ouverte et servez-les en tant qu'invités assis à la table à manger (siÚges 8) ou sur le grand ßlot de granit autoportant (siÚges 4).

La piÚce maßtresse de la cour paysagÚre tropicale de SailAway est la piscine privée chauffée de 20 sur 40 pieds. La piscine va de 3 '9 "à 7' de profondeur. Il y a amplement d'espace pour les baigneurs autour du pont de la piscine ou les clients peuvent préférer une détente ombragée sous la belle pergola. Une aire de jeux sablonneuse permet aux enfants de se défouler pendant que leurs parents font un barbecue sur le grill Weber. Une véranda avec ventilateur de plafond et une table pour 6 adultes et une table de pique-nique pour les plus petits donnent sur la piscine.

Une chambre principale SailAway contient un lit king confortable avec sa propre salle de bain et placard généreux. L'autre maßtre détient un lit queen et un placard. Il dispose d'une baignoire Jack et Jill qui s'ouvre sur une piÚce séparée contenant un lit de repos double et un lit gigogne double. Ce serait un arrangement de couchage parfait pour les parents et les enfants. SailAway dispose également de deux autres chambres doubles, dont l'une a un accÚs direct à une grande baignoire-douche. Quatre des cinq chambres ont une télévision connectée de 50 pouces et une vue sur la piscine.

Les clients trouveront la laveuse et la sécheuse à chargement frontal une commodité utile pendant leur séjour. SailAway dispose d'un parking pour 4-5 véhicules sur la propriété. Un parking public avec compteur horaire est également disponible dans la rue. Un chariot de plage pratique contenant des chaises de plage, des parapluies, des jouets de plage et des planches de bodyboard vous attend pour vos vacances à la plage. Un matelas pneumatique queen est disponible sur demande.

Le célÚbre Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier est à 2 pùtés de maisons au sud. De la nourriture, des boissons et des loisirs y sont disponibles. Nous sommes la plage la plus proche de Disney, à environ une heure et le Kennedy Space Center à 20 minutes. Nous sommes à 40 kilomÚtres du Space Coast Stadium Complex.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early July. The property was very clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, super close (easy walk) to the beach and communication with the property manager, Cathy, was excellent. We were there for a baseball tournament and had no issues getting back and forth to the fields (about 25 minute drive with normal traffic). Thanks for a great experience in Cocoa Beach!

Well maintained, very clean, relaxing area, near shopping. Family loved the large pool. We saw 4 rocket launches from house and beach. Lots parking. Owner very responsive to questions, provided information on shuttle service to orlando airport when it became necessary (friend's business) and worked out perfectly.

Our family of ten (six adults and four children ages 7-10) throughly enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Some visited Disney and Universal a few days, while others enjoyed the short walk down the street to the beach every day! The house was well stocked, clean and had a great layout for our group. The pool was exceptionally large and fun and the beach was wonderful
 not packed like our northeast beaches. The overall location was great too!! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful including tips for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this property and host (host has other properties as well).

Had an amazing week here with our kids and grandkids, 6 adults, 5 kids. This home was beautifully furnished, spacious, well stocked kitchen
cooking tools, glassware, dinnerware,etc. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. This home was very clean
pristine!Pool was huge and warm! Well stocked pool and beach items available. Only like a block to beach crossover. Best host we have ever dealt with both before and during trip! We will definitely be back. No complaints at all. 5 stars!

Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier. We played golf a couple of days, and we saw a launch at night which was very cool. Also, a storm was over the ocean, so we had a great light show. A Mister Donut is down the street with many other good restaurants nearby. Would defiantly stay here again with a large group.

First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family memories forever

Cathy’s house was perfect for our family thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the beautiful house. It was perfect for families with kids; the pool was ideal and the open space living room/kitchen area is great to spend time together. Cathy was an incredible host. We will be staying here again!

Staying at this house was one of the best vacation choices I have ever made. he house looked exactly like it does in the pictures, which is rare. Our only issue we had was hurricane Helene! 3 generations stayed, from 10 month old to 74 year old. The house was spectacular. About 2 block walk to ocean and no streets to cross. Watched 2 space launches which the family thoroughly enjoyed. Beach in the morning, pool afternoons and evenings. Highly recommend this home!

This property was amazing! We stayed here for our yearly family beach vacation and it was great! We had never been to Cocoa beach and this was so relaxing. All the restaurants and ice cream is so close to the home, it’s in a great location. The home itself was spotless and perfect! The home has lots of pool floats and kids floats and toys. The pool was huge and so clean we used it all day. Can’t say enough great things, I definitely recommend this home!! 10/10!! Visitors must try “Gelati di Roma” , “Floridas Fresh Grill” , and “Crydermans BBQ” !!

The SailAway House was wonderful, the weather was HOT! So the large pool was used everyday to cool off. The beach was just a short walk and absolutely beautiful. The house was big and comfortable. Having two dryers was a huge plus. The only suggestion to the owners would be to have a few more bath towels and some blanket throws for the sofas. Sunburn can make one pretty chilly in evenings while watching TV. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We had a great time! As grandparents, we loved having a private pool to play in with the kiddos. We enjoyed having so many floats and toys. House was clean and loved having a large great room where we all could gather. Also loved having TVs in every bedroom to enjoy quiet time. Cathy communicated appropriately well. The tile on the porch is super slippery when wet. We had one kiddo go down
not seriously hurt. After that, we simply laid towels down. I was also surprised there was no garbage disposal but made it work.

The house was beautiful only a 2 minute walk from the ocean! The house had a huge pool in the back which had pool floats and dive toys for the kids and was warm and crystal clear! The house had plenty of parking and space for our family of 8. It was great having a washer and dryer (they give you some pods we ended up needing our own). All of the appliances were like new and had everything we needed for the week! It was a 1 hr drive to Disney which was very convenient and easy. It was a 10 min drive to the fishing charters and you could walk to tons of restaurants and the pier. Definitely would stay again!

Such a comfortable home for an extended family stay. Easily accommodated 10 (6 adults, 4 bigger kids). Kitchen worked great for feeding this big group & there was plenty of seating. Nice touch to have use of the pool & beach toys. Pool was incredible. Very clean & refeshing.

Wonderful space for our family of 11, private pool used daily, steps from the beach where some of our group fished while we enjoyed being in the ocean, eateries-tiki bars walking distance, including the pier. 8 nights spent all 11 of us, space to have your quiet time if needed😂 Called the owners 1 time with question-immediate response-good communication, friendly. I have been coming to Florida for winter get-aways every year since retiring from university business school administration in Minnesota in 2014! I look for a place that has close and easy access to the beach, but is also as close as possible to the Orlando attractions for day trips for my children and grand children who visit while I"m in Florida., and has a swimming pool for when the kids are not at the beach! This vacation home has it all: there are no street crossings to get to the beach in a couple of minutes; the oversized, heated pool is in a very private yard; it is the closest beach to the Orlando attractions - one of my families took their three children to open and close Universal Studios in a little over an hour each direction on the same day; there are a multitude of great, nearby restaurants in every direction and several within walking distance including the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier; the accommodations had everything we could possibly need for all nine of us at our peak with room to spare! As bonuses we got to see many cruise ships coming and going including the largest cruise ship in the world, the Wonder of the Seas, up close and personal, and a rocket launch from the beach next to the house. There was also easy access to a wonderful, tropically oriented zoo, the Brevard Zoo, just a few miles south in Melbourne; and, the Kennedy Space Center is a must for every visitor, especially school aged kids! All in all my family is very willing to settle for PERFECT!

Perfect place for a multi-generation family vacation. Spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and living room. Kids swam in the pool daily or walked to the beach. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and the Orlando Parks. We even saw a shuttle launch from the beach! Check in is easy and contactless. Owner's son stopped by once to check in on things. We had an accidental injury on the property and Cathy was super attentive. Definitely recommend this house for families! There are noise ordinances, but honestly, we were exhausted and in bed well before the 10pm time!

We arrived to an incredible house, so clean and inviting! We were there to celebrate my dads 80th birthday (he lives 7 minutes away). The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals here. We were fortunate enough to have a few beautiful days on the beach which was an easy walk for our father. We lucked out and watched 2 rockets get launched from the same beach, it was truly an experience to behold. With or without the rocket launches, this house was an amazing place to "launch" our father into his 81st year. We definitely plan on coming back!

Enjoyed our stay. SailAway House fit our needs well. Location was great. House was clean. Pool area was nice but yard could use some attention. One issue, TV in living area was not working upon arrival. This issue was not resolved during our stay. One selling point for this location was the living area where we could sit back after a long day and watch a movie together. I understand things break but lack of resolution was the issue.
