Cet appartement 1BR fait partie d'un complexe de location de vacances calme de dix unités offrant de beaux appartements modernes et cÎtiers dans une propriété de style complexe avec MOINS D'UNE MARCHE D'UNE MINUTE à la plage! Tournez à droite - la célÚbre jetée de Cocoa Beach; Tournez à gauche - fusées et bateaux de croisiÚre!

Cet appartement d'une chambre - UnitĂ© E - dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains avec baignoire et d'un canapĂ©-lit queen-size. L'espace est petit, mais a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances. Comptoirs en quartz, Ɠuvres d'art originales, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, terrazzo remis Ă  neuf et beaux accents de carreaux. Nous fournissons uniquement des draps de haute qualitĂ© (bambou ou trĂšs grand nombre de fils de coton) et Ă©quipons l'appartement de tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat, de petits appareils tels que des mĂ©langeurs / cafetiĂšre / grille-pain, etc., et des meubles / matelas les plus confortables (Serta, Stearns & Foster, Beauty Rest).

Marchez jusqu'à d'excellents restaurants, shopping, mini-golf / accrobranche / tyrolienne! AccÚs direct à la plage à travers une rue de quartier endormie. Chaque appartement à l'intérieur a été récemment rénové pour avoir une sensation cÎtiÚre moderne, mais confortable, et l'extérieur a été mis à jour avec une nouvelle terrasse / pergola extérieure, un patio et un bel aménagement paysager et un éclairage.

Bien que les unitĂ©s soient magnifiques, le plus important est qu'elles sont entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©es avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances et elles sont extrĂȘmement propres. Vous remarquerez ce commentaire commun tout au long de nos critiques.

Nous fournissons tout ce que vous trouverez dans un hĂŽtel traditionnel (fer / planche Ă  repasser, sĂšche-cheveux, cafetiĂšre, linge de maison), et bien plus encore - verres / assiettes, ustensiles de qualitĂ©, ustensiles de cuisine, articles de bar, mixeur, grille-pain, etc. Il vous suffit d'apporter un maillot de bain pour profiter de vos vacances Ă  la plage. Pas besoin de s'arrĂȘter au magasin Ă  un dollar pour les articles de plage qui seront jetĂ©s, car nous fournissons Ă©galement: serviettes de plage de qualitĂ©, sac de plage, chariot ou chariot, chaises, jouets, glaciĂšres personnelles et parapluies!

Il y a aussi une douche extérieure, un espace commun extérieur avec une pergola, un coin chat et des barbecues, ainsi qu'une buanderie sur place. Du café, du shampoing, du savon et du papier de démarrage sont fournis. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce que vous souhaiteriez dans une location de vacances, afin que vous puissiez vraiment profiter de votre séjour.

Awesome very clean place!! Just as nice as our house but on a smaller scale. 2 minutes to the beach with all the beach equipment included. We will absolutely be back next year if not sooner. Bring paper towel if needed.

A little disappointing

Overall, it was a great location. Cute small place for 2. It was rather crowded with 4 of us. I was very disappointed after a 17 hour drive showed up only to be told that there was no reservation for the unit that we reserved 9 months in advance. And the apt. was not ready. The cleaning lady went back-and-forth with the owner on the phone as we sat in the heat exhausted. They finally confirmed we have a reservation after I showed her on my phone.. We had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. And I was also told by the cleaning lady that the owner was gonna reach out to us. Never heard from them, not once. No communication at all. At the very least I expected an apology. Just be careful even though I received my confirmation email a week before our arrival When showing up at the property they had no clue I had a reservation. Makes for an extremely stressful trip.

Great place!

We stayed 2 nights before a cruise and it was perfect. Cute place that was accurately described. Beach is across street (not beachfront) but easily accessible. We wish we could have enjoyed it but weather was terribly rainy, cold, and windy. Liked the shared outdoor space. Would stay again

Loved this VRBO property! Was super clean and perfect for our stay in Cocoa Beach! Quick walk to the beach and easy access to Publix, Duncan Donuts and many great restaurants. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay here and recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area. All areas of the property were clean and tidy. Right next to the beach. Everything was comfortable and in great working order. Access to all of their beach items was such a huge convenience and we greatly appreciated that accommodation.

Great property. Close to the beach and fun things to do.

Unit looks just like the pictures regarding age and wear, so what you see is what you will get, which is a good thing! Updated, cute, close to the beach. Bathroom is a little smallish, but other than that, the unit is great for a few nights stay. Fairly quiet, very clean and convenient. Owners' response to our questions was very quick and they are friendly to deal with. Definitely a place to consider if you want to stay in the area.

AVA has everything we need and want—Proximity to the beach, fresh, clean, well appointed, and a thoughtfulness to the tiniest details and amenities. Perfect!

Property is absolutely fantastic! As a family of 4 (kids age 14 and 9), we had no problem. Kids shared the pullout sofa. Property was as clean as a luxury hotel. Located just short steps from the beach and all you would need to enjoy the beach is available to use. A bigger vehicle such as van or large SUV might be tricky to park as it is tight. We had no problem with truck. Only stayed two night but kids are begging to come back.

Great Place!

Very clean property close to the beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Cocoa Beach pier, but far enough away to not be so crowded. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it.

Fantastic Stay - 5*

Stayed here with my wife for a week and it was perfect for us. One thing to check is that there are a couple of different variations of rooms. We chose one with a separate bedroom and then an open plan living room/kitchen. There are other configurations so check that out if you need something specific. It had everything we needed, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer plus utensils, plates etc. Location was brilliant we were able to walk to the beach in bare feet it was that close. Plenty of places to eat if you want to eat out or a Publix or Dollar General in walking Distance. 10 minute drive if you want something like a Walmart. Also had a room full of beach equipment that you can use so no need to bring everything with you. We were a bit worried when i saw a review saying parking space was a bit small and also room size but I can say that every room has an allocated parking space and there was plenty of room, someone even had a double cab pickup and that fitted. the Room size that we chose was more than big enough we were very happy with it. Definitely a 5 star review for us

You could stay for a few days or a month!

This is the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach with everything you need! They have thought of everything! The beach is steps away and they provide everything you need including beach wagons, umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers. The beach itself is a 1 minute walk and is big and beautiful. The property is very well kept and quiet. The outdoor space makes this the perfect place inside and out. Everything was in great working order. We will rerun and we do recommend!

This was our second stay in this unit. We adore spending a few days here to decompress after Orlando! It is clean, comfy and close to everything. I love the well-stocked beach room with wagons, chairs, toys and coolers. We really love this space. Cant wait to come back!

Cute property, very small apartment. Can’t see ocean. It is behind the hotel across the street to the side of the property. There were only 2 of us so it was fine and it wasn’t beach weather. Parking was tight. All in all it was okay. I would recommend for a single traveler.
