Brand-New Kitchen: Not just a refresh, but a full kitchen overhaul, designed for comfort and convenience.

Contactless Check-In/Out: We’ve made it easier than ever to come and go with a smooth, contactless check-in and check-out process.

Super Comfortable Living Room Furniture: We’ve updated the living room with new, ultra-comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

We provide nice beach chairs.

Locally Managed: Our condo is personally maintained and managed by us, the owners—no middleman, just direct care and attention.

New Trane AC System: Installed in late 2023, this high-efficiency AC heat pump will keep you cool and comfortable even on the hottest summer days.

Custom Patio Furniture: Enjoy the outdoor space with super comfortable, custom patio furniture—ideal for those beautiful Cocoa Beach sunsets.

Watch the Cruise Ships and Launches: You’ll have a fantastic view of the launch pad and can watch the cruise ships sail out to sea right from the comfort of the living room or balcony.

This is a second-floor unit, and there is an elevator for your convenience.

We do not provide baby furniture.

No campers, trailers, boats, or motorcycles are allowed on the property. This policy is strictly enforced.
