The building is ideally situated oceanfront, but also near downtown Cocoa Beach which is a historic beach town with little shops (Ron Jons) and restaurants (Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill) everywhere. Enjoy space rocket launches and rocket booster landings, cruise ship views, fishing, running on the beach and excellent sun bathing opportunities. We also feature the best seats anywhere for the Thunder Boat racing events and the Navy Thunderbirds Air Show in the sky's above your condo. You'll never forget these features if your lucky enough to experience them. This condo is open for short stays or extended stays. Excellent!

The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. The cupboards have extra supplies such as oils and spices for your use.

The bedroom is a cozy and inviting space, furnished with one comfortable king-sized bed and quality bedding that ensures a peaceful night's sleep.
