Just steps aways from the world-famous sand of Cocoa Beach, this newly renovated condominium features FIVE comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living with a large flatscreen television, and your own covered private outdoor patio and sitting area to enjoy the ocean breeze. In addition to the beautifully updated interior, you are minutes away from the most popular restaurants & bars the Space Coast has to offer. Looking for a day trip to the theme parks? Hop in your car as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are a short 60 minute drive west.

The Space:
This locally owned property has plenty of space for the entire family or a group of friends looking for plenty of beds!

Walk-into the well lit family room furnished with a comfortable sofa (with a pullout couch) and loveseat. This is the perfect place to throw on your favorite show and unwind after a fun day at the beach. The completely remodeled kitchen comes with brand new stainless steal appliances, including a gas stove, coffee makers, and plenty of countertop space!

Rather kick up your feet and enjoy a cold cocktail or a family meal outside? This property comes with a large outdoor patio that is covered with plenty of seating and flat screen television.

When it's time to catch some sleep, enjoy one of the five beds tucked away in the back of the property to give you the peace and quiet you want.

The Neighborhood:
Cocoa Beach is a family-friendly beach town on Florida's Space Coast. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Enjoy many of our locally owned and operated restaurants and bars always serving fresh seafood. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Shops, restaurants, and bars are a short walk in every direction. Located off of A1A in the heart of Cocoa Beach. (Orlando is just 60 min away)

Great Property!

We enjoyed our family vacation at your house. This house had anlmost everything and even more than we expected to make our stay perfect! There was only one thing this house had missing and that was a grill!

Great Location and Well decorated.

If you make a quick judgement on exterior photos you might miss just how nice this place is. WOW! Gorgeous! Location is ideal. I have stayed beachfront in Cocoa Beach and it was further to the beach than this place. Also short walk to what little night life Cocoa Beach has to offer. Nicely decorated, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice outdoor lounging area, and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. The only negative comment would be parking area. If you are in doubt BOOK IT. You won’t be sorry.

The house was beautiful. The beach equipment was old and broken, however as I called the company they immediately took care of this problem. Internet went out and the owners took care of this problem. Communication was fabulous, the location was great, the entire family had a great time. Would definitely recommend to stay there, and would like to rebook another vacation this house!!!!!

The location is really great - access to the beach is practically across the street and you can walk to coffee and morning bagels in 5 min. We thought the house could have been cleaner upon arrival and the beach equipment was rusty and broken. Host was very responsive.

Better than Expected

We stayed here for a Christmas gathering since our adult children and their families live in different parts of the country. The rental was well located, clean and well supplied. It was better than we expected. I would highy recommend a stay here.

We booked this online for a quick trip to the beach while visiting Florida. The VRBO listing showed a pretty pristine place and for the price we thought it would be too. On first arriving things seemed ok. Went to look at the outside area and was sadly let down. Did not look quite like the pictures. There were stains on all the furniture in the living areas. The outdoor trash can was full and swarming with nats and smelled awful. The master bath upstairs smelled of urine, especially the shower. There were dead bugs in the shower too. However, the beds were comfy and once we figured out the thermostats we could rest comfortably. The internet did not work the entire second day which really made it inconvenient for us when we were planning on a movie night with the kiddos. However, the kitchen stove and oven were really nice, and you couldn’t beat the location. However next time I think we will save some cash and go to the Hampton or Hilton for the price.

Our group truly enjoyed staying at this gem of a rental. From the pristine and modern kitchen to the private, large bedrooms with super cool and stylish bathrooms, the huge back porch for breakfast/brunch under the sun - comfy movie nights in the cozy living room - this place has it all. Oh, and it’s across the street from the beach so morning dips are included as well. Would definitely stay again any time!

Great location, spacious condo; communication and cleanliness need improvement

The condo is huge inside and more spacious in person than the photos show. The kitchen is well upgraded and very easy to cook in. The bedrooms were also comfortable but very soft, so make sure you like soft beds. We loved the location to the beach and to restaurants/cafes, and it was very quiet inside. Our issues were with communication and cleanliness - the area was hit by a category 1 hurricane the day before we arrived, and we tried getting information about the state of the condo and whether we could come. We did not get any information or communication through VRBO. We did arrive, and the condo wasn't ready. I empathize with the fact that a hurricane just passed through, but I tried to communicate with the host/company and got no information in the 36 hours after the hurricane passed. Once we were there, I finally found the number to call of the property manager to get help directly from them, and then communication improved. In addition, the dishwasher was broken, the dishes were put away dirty, the floor was sandy/dirty, the showers were sandy, and there are openings in the cabinets to the plumbing that let bugs in. I suggest the property management address these items before I'd stay here again.

Great kitchen and beach access!

My brother and I love to cook, and this kitchen was incredible. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms felt updated and new. The walk to get to the beach is maybe 45 seconds, and the outdoor shower was so convenient! Really great stay, and my family was very happy.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay at this beautiful property in Cocoa Beach was fantastic. The house is spacious, thoughtfully equipped with top line appliances, creating a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The property has short and easy walking access to the beach. Just a few steps away, the sandy shores were conveniently accessed for morning sunrise walks (spectacular photo ops), afternoon swims, and even watching a rocket launch. The location hasfantastic proximity (just a few walkable blocks) to downtown Cocoa Beach where there are plenty of options for restaurants and shops and of course ice cream. The property company was incredibly responsive to the inquiries we raised and addressed one minor issue immediately. Our party of 6 all slept wonderfully after full days of exploring and swimming, the showers were spacious and refreshing and the beds were all comfortable. This property is more spacious than the photos reflect and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

The listing was very accurate, location is great and had plenty of room for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were new and clean. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and cookware and plenty of storage space. Outdoor shower was helpful to keep the indoors clean. Overall, we will certainly stay here again if we visit this area.

Beautiful home and great location

Beautiful, high quality and very clean home. Everything inside is amazing (we thought the pictures were great and it's even better in person). And the outdoor area is perfect. We even watched a basketball game because there was a tv available outside and it's all covered. Location is great, you can walk to Foxtail Coffee Co, Acai Express and Coconuts on the Beach. Several other places that we didn't get a chance to try but those mentioned were our favorites. Access to the beach is a quick walk and because the beach isn't close to hotels, it isn't very busy...less people and more enjoyable. I would highly recommended this home and hope to return again.

Great place in Cocoa Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Cocoa Beach. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 kids and 4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. I've never owned a gas stove before, but after using the one here, I may have to switch. I've never used an air fryer before either, but the one here made some good chicken wings and doubles as the toaster. The back deck is great for relaxing, the kids spent several hours mastering the hook and ring game. Everything you may need for the beach is available including chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie/skim boards, coolers and a wagon for carrying all the supplies. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future.

This property had a great location was fully stocked with anything you could think of that you would need for the beach lots of extras in the kitchen well-stocked with towels. The only thing I couldn’t find that I was missing was an iron and ironing board which most people at the beach wouldn’t matter to you but I need my iron

Wonderful property

We were a group of 6 with teens. The property was clean, had comfortable beds and was as a perfect location for beach access! There were many beach items provided. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and well done. Internet worked well and the property manager was very quick to respond when I could not find my check-in instructions.

Wonderful Beach House

We loved staying at the house. Everything was so nice. We loved the showers and the kitchen! The back porch was also great! It was so easy to keep the beach sand out of the house with the outdoor shower. We plan on renting this house again. It’s location was perfect for us. The fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances was wonderful to cook in. I have nothing but good things to say about the house. (My only advice is bring extra blankets and pillows if you want to use the pull out couch because there are no extras). Wonderful house!
