This comfortable second-floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit makes a convenient home base for beach days, local dining, and exploring everything the Space Coast has to offer.



Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds, making the space a great fit for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Prepare meals and snacks in the in-unit kitchen, stay connected with Wi-Fi, or relax with your favorite shows on the Smart TVs after a day in the sun. Guests also have access to shared, coin-operated laundry machines on the property.

Guest Access:

Ride-sharing services are available for trips around Cocoa Beach and to other Space Coast destinations. Guests should review the parking information provided in the Guest Portal before arrival.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Toilet paper

• Tissues

• Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

• Light cleaning supplies, but no laundry soap is provided

• Garbage bags

• Sponges

• Dish soap

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



Please Note

• This unit is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator available. Guests must use the stairs to access the unit.

• The on-site laundry room is a shared space.

• Laundry machines are coin-operated.

• Mailbox access is not available for guests.

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly pet-free property.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
