This coastal-modern 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect setting for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Bright interiors, tasteful coastal furnishings, and an open-concept layout create a welcoming space where everyone can gather comfortably.



Step outside into your private waterfront oasis. Spend the afternoon lounging beside the large pool, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy dinner beneath the covered lanai while the BBQ grill is sizzling. Launch the provided kayaks from the private dock, cruise the neighborhood on the bicycles, or settle into the double lifeguard-style chair and watch for dolphins gliding through the water. Guests can also enjoy a basketball hoop, private balcony, and plenty of outdoor seating.



Inside, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The comfortable living room features plenty of seating and a large Smart TV, making it an ideal spot for movie nights after a day at the beach. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart-home features, a washer and dryer, quality linens, towels, and beach gear are also provided for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Cocoa Isles, the home offers a peaceful residential canalfront setting while keeping guests close to downtown Cocoa Beach’s restaurants, shops, and coastal attractions. Cocoa Beach features six miles of shoreline, more than 40 public beach access points, opportunities to explore the Banana River Lagoon, and the landmark Cocoa Beach Pier with oceanfront dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Cocoa Beach and the surrounding Space Coast, though downtown shops and restaurants are within walking reach, and the provided bicycles are convenient for nearby outings. Space Coast Area Transits' Route 9 serves the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area. Public parking is available at city beach access points and oceanfront parks, with most paid city parking managed through the Passport Parking app.



Guests may park only in the designated exterior parking areas. The garage is not available for vehicle parking because the kayaks and bicycles are stored inside.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Light cleaning supplies, please note that no laundry soap is provided

Please Note

• This is a two-story home, with no elevator access. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

• The garage is not available for guest parking. The provided kayaks and bicycles are stored inside the garage.

• The backyard opens directly to the canal, with no fence or barrier between the yard and the water. Children must be closely supervised at all times.

• Mailbox access is not available for guests.

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly pet-free property.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
