We give our guests space, but are available when needed.
Todd and Catherine live locally but work during the day. However, we are happy to interact during the evenings. Aunt Wanda also lives locally and is available to assist during the day. We will always make sure that we are responsive in order to ensure that you have a fabulous stay at our Town Center Cottages.
Unbeatable Location Situated just a 3-minute stroll from the sun-kissed shores of Cocoa Beach, 211 Turtle Cottage places you in the heart of the action. Directly across the street, you’ll find popular dining spots like Jazzy’s Mainely Lobster and Pig & Whistle, while an array of boutique shops, bars, and surf rental outlets are just two blocks away.
For adventure seekers, the nearby Banana River offers endless opportunities for kayaking, dolphin and manatee sightings, or summer bioluminescent tours. Explore the Thousand Islands, accessible only by water, where you can kayak or boat around serene islands teeming with wildlife. Prefer to keep your feet on land? Bike to cruise through Cocoa Beach’s picturesque neighborhoods. And don’t miss the opportunity to catch a Kennedy Space Center rocket launch - either from your yard or the beach!
When you enter the driveway, turn right to park. Please pull as far forward on the rocks as possible and park to one side or the other, leaving as much room as possible for a second car beside you. Parking for 1 vehicle per unit is provided on premises.
We generate a unique access code for each guest. You will receive this code as a direct message to you.
You will have access to all areas inside your unit except for a small owner's closet in the hall where we store supplies, this is one unit in a duplex.
Indoor Amenities Each Town Center Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath private unit. A few of the highlighted features include:
Living Area – the living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, coffee table, end table, ceiling fan, and a 55-inch Roku smart TV including a YouTube live TV subscription. A small counter-height table can serve as a workspace or seating for a quick bite of lunch.
Bedrooms – 1 king and 1 queen bedroom each with a 12-inch memory foam mattress. Each bedroom includes a 43-inch smart TV including YouTube live TV subscription, nightstands, a ceiling fan, a small closet with hanging space and shelf/cubby for storing your clothes or other items, and a luggage rack. A safe is also provided in the king bedroom for storing any valuables.
Kitchen – Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, and microwave. A washer and dryer are also provided under the counters for your free use. Silverware, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and basic cookware are also included. Drip and Keurig coffee makers are also included to start your morning off with that cup of coffee as you sit outside and listen to the sounds of the nearby ocean waves.
Bathroom – the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity plus a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Outdoors Features Walk out the back door to your private fenced back yard with brick paver patio, outdoor seating, table, and a gas grill. This is a great space to enjoy dinner or your morning cup of coffee while you listen to the sounds of the surf.
We also have a large, grassed backyard where you can walk your furry friends. This area is shared by the four Town Center Cottages. Dogs will also enjoy a visit to the City’s dog-friendly, leash-required beaches (before 9 am or after 5 PM - 4th Street South to 16th Street South).
