ABOUT THIS SPACE

Cocoa Beach Serenity is a single-level house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and room for 6 guests (a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper.



The living and game room: An open floor plan joins the living room, kitchen, and dining area under ceiling fans. Rack up the full-size pool table, which has a top that turns it into a dining table at mealtime. Challenge your crew to the 2-person multi-game arcade machine, flip a match on the mini foosball coffee table, or let the musician in your group take over the piano. The sofa sleeper and smart TV make this where everyone ends up at night.



The kitchen and coffee bar: Stainless steel appliances, a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are ready for you. The coffee bar handles your first cup of the day.



The bedrooms: The Ocean Room has a king adjustable bed and a smart TV. The Palm Room has a queen adjustable bed and a smart TV. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron are provided. The one full bathroom has a tub and shower, a hair dryer, and a light-up mirror.



The backyard: Step into your private backyard, fully fenced and just for your group. The outdoor kitchen has a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area for al fresco dinners. Soak in the 4-person hot tub after a beach day, then rinse off in the bamboo outdoor shower with hot and cold water.



Beach gear for the whole group: Surfboards, a tandem bike, beach chairs, toys, an ice chest, an umbrella, towels, and a wagon are included, so you can pack light. The garage also holds a washer, dryer, and small home gym area. Families will find a pack 'n play, high chair, kids' dinnerware, books, and board games. A dedicated workspace and wifi are there if you must log in.



Honest expectations: This is a compact house, and the photos are wide-angle, so rooms feel snug in person with a full group. A one-bedroom owner suite sits on the right side of the house with its own separate entrance, and the owner may be on the property during your stay. The main house and backyard are yours alone.

Cocoa Beach Serenity sits in a local neighborhood a few blocks from the Westgate Pier. Distances the host lists:

- Beach: about a 5-minute walk to the sand.

- Cocoa Beach Pier: about a 10-minute walk.

- Restaurants, bars, shops, parks, and a grocery store: within walking distance or a short bike ride, so the tandem bike earns its keep.

- Laundromat: nearby, and long stays are allowed, though the house has its own washer and dryer.

- Kennedy Space Center: staying near Kennedy Space Center means a launch or the visitor complex fits easily into your trip. Check the launch schedule before you book.

Westgate Pier is a few blocks away, so sunset strolls and pier-side dinners are easy to plan. Grab the beach chairs and wagon and let the neighborhood do the rest.

GUEST ACCESS

You have exclusive use of the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom side of the house and the entire backyard, including the hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, so there are no keys to hand over, and you receive your lock codes before arrival. A small supply closet and the right side of the garage stay locked. The owner suite has its own entrance.



PARKING

Free parking is available on the property, and the home is single level, so there are no stairs for luggage. Unload at the front entrance, then walk to the beach on foot instead of moving the car. A Ring security camera overlooks the driveway and front entrance.



HOUSE RULES

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM; checkout is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available (fees may apply), so ask.

- Up to 6 guests total, so please book for your actual group size.

- A rental agreement per the city of Cocoa Beach is required before arrival.

- Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and front entrance only.

- Please respect the locked supply closet and garage side.

- The owner may be on premises, so keep late-night noise low.
