« The house was dirty, pillows were yellow and gross looking, only two washcloths, coffee pot had water stains on it. We bought sheets because everything looked dirty! I opened the microwave to heat up my food and there was an IHOP container left behind from another guest with food in it and the food was MOLDY!!! Around the toilet and in the tub was gross! I was also told to put the towels we used in the washing machine and to wash dishes, but was told that the cleaners “had a lot of work to do”...

« I would give zeros if possible. One star is the lowest rating possible so I had to go with that. We touched base with host the day before our reservation. We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties. « "Queen Size Bed" was an extremely firm mattress on a wooden slab supported by concrete blocks. Though it was very cool when we arrived, the heat was not on and owner not there to show us how to operate the remotes, No handrails on 3 steps up to entrance. Very precarious! No blinds on front windows!! »
