Our stay at the Peak was only for one night in the off season. Even so, we were able to still enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub and game room, which was great! Staff was super friendly. Our breakast at the cafe was excellent. We absolutely need to go back again in summer or winter to really enjoy all there is to offer.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful facility and the castle vibe is fun. The restaurant was verY good! The beds were comfortable. The only problem was that the tub was clogged and it would fill up with water when showering.

If I could give it a 6 I would! Beautiful facility, stained glass/beveled glass windows.. beautiful wood work , fireplaces and leather sofas, indoor/outdoor hot tub and a delightful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very charming. Some places rely on latest renovations to attract customers, but this one is all about "castle" atmosphere. Our bathroom was clean, the beds were perfect, the upholstery and carpet seemed fine. We loved staying in the loft, it had such a cozy feel. Every resort worker we interacted with was very nice and made us feel welcome. One thing I would like everyone to be aware is that there are no elevators, so don't pack a heavy suitcase.

Pool was closed for annual maintenance. We didn’t know know about it . Spent 45 minutes on the phone with the customer service and front desk staff to get partial refund.

Comfortable but dated
The staff are warm, welcoming and very efficient. The decor appears a bit dated but also cosy. Our only concern is that the hotel doesn’t appear to have any evening security, the doors along the room hallways (out of site from the front desk) have no locks and the rooms don’t have any additional locking mechanism on the doors.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. Bar was very nice with live music. We were very pleased for our short stay. Only thing missing was an elevator, however, we didn’t need one. The overall beauty of the interior made it worth our stay and we will definitely return for a longer stay and to enjoy outdoor fun.

Growing up, the Peek always set the standard for cool, unique venues to go to. On my stay this weekend, I was disappointed at the grounds for what you pay. Warped wooden walkways, broken wood and posts. Just disappointing. There is still charm however in the stained glass, the ivy, and artwork. The hottub/pool, spa and in room toiletries and spacious rooms were all a plus.

Not renovated, but really fun
We came with our two young kids in the summer. Having access to the outdoor pool (with a water slide!), indoor pool and hot tub was great. We did the zip line, miniature golf, and gem sifting. All the resort staff we interacted with were very friendly. While the guest rooms do need to be renovated (new carpet please!), the public areas were full of old school charm.
