« With 14 members of our extended family the large square dining table made meal times very user friendly. There were enough bedrooms to allow sleeping arrangements to suit all. There was a water outage for two and a half days - we understand there should have been compensation due - mention of this has been made to the host, an acknowledgement but nothing else so far »

« Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. »

« Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should...
