« It was too cold in this hotel, the heater started at 5 pm and stopped around 9 pm. And then from 6 am until 9 or 10 am, so it wasn't enough for this kind of room in a this kind of hotel with bad insullation, only a simple glass window. The maximum temperature was 14°C. I sleept with pullover !!! And particulary in the shower room with only 12 to 14 °C I will never be in this hotel. »

Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. »

« Breakfast was great. Lots of choice, from continental to full English as well as lots of options in between, whether you want just egg on toast or boiled eggs, including vegetarian or vegan option. Room was really great, all amenities that you would need. The shops and restaurants are just 10mins walk away, so location is great, and one of the few places that offers off road parking. »
