Great value and great price for the room we got . Mattresses were a little lumpy could use some replacing. One of the interior bathrooms would not lock. Other than that everything was great. Great wouldn’t mind staying here again.

We stayed a week. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. The night lady (3rd shift) Bea was the most pleasant and helpful woman. She is a great asset to your place.

It’s always something when we stay here. We have found bra straps, vapes, trash in the rooms. Police showed up once for a disturbance. Fire alarms were constantly going off in our room and we had to move rooms.

We would like to apologize for the cleanliness during your previous stay. This is not something we take lightly and will surely work harder to rectify the situation. As for this stay, fire alarms are not something we have control over and we are very sorry to hear the alarm noise ruined your night however, it does look like we were able to get you into another room, within the same hallway so you could promptly have a room without that disturbance. Please keep in mind any disturbace caused by guests in the hotel will result in authorities being called due to the fact that it is their job to handle those situations, We will always make sure both our guests and staff are safe during times like this by allowing authorities to escort the involved parties from our hotel. We understand it can be a nuisance, but we are following proper safety protocol. We would love to talk to you more about your stay and hope you would allow our property another chance. We wish you every happiness and safe travels in your future!

Not the room a reserved.
I made reservation online. Making this choice by looking at pictures of the room. We picked the one bedroom suite. We received a small hotel room. There was just the bed and kitchen area, of coarse restroom. See picture of what you should get and them what you be getting. Spoke to hotel, they stated this was the new room. That room in add at hotel.com was wrong.

My stay at this property is always great! The only issue I have that I didn’t like is with one of the hotel clerks. I am a member with Marriott. And the clerk (Joy) gave me issues about let checkout that another clerk had already approved. She’s the only one that gives me any problems. Everyone else is great

Easy checkin, staff was friendly. first room was damp and smelled. Second room was as super comfy and nice King suite. Staff fixed issue quickly and got a great nights sleep!! Nice place if stopping or here for a few nights. Lil older but felt safe and slept well

At 3PM on 10/20/23 I arrived for check-in. The desk attendent said the room was not cleaned yet and could not give me an ETA as to when the room would be ready. I inquired if there were any other rooms ready? She said all lesser rooms were booked and no other rooms had been cleaned yet. She further informed me 'her cleaning staff' had not been able to complete cleaning by 3pm and she would not be able to give an estimate when they would be finished. I then had to cancel my reservation and I went to another hotel close by an secured a room. I was not confrontational or upset with her, but her attitude was not accomodating at all. Very Poor Front Desk Customer Service. Not professional at all.

I want to apologies to the fullest. This is not excepted by our front desk staff. Being the situation it could of been handle a different way. If we had the rooms there could of been some moving around. There have been some changes and you stay is very important to us. I hope that this does not pervert you from coming again.

They gave us a room they were not supposed to be renting. The a/c did not work and made horrible clunking sounds when it was on. The bed was concave and lumpy. There was supposed to be - hit breakfast, but we’re out of sausage, scrambled eggs, orange juice and breads every day. There was only apples and no bananas or oranges in their designated baskets. We stayed 4 nights. Only “hot” was waffles. We asked to stay a few hours longer because of this. They agreed, then backed out of it. And the general manager was terribly rude to us and said “you think this is rude? I can show you rude! This is NOT me being rude. But I will get that way” And we were not being argumentative in the least. Terrible service. Wouldn’t let us change rooms til the last night and it was a much cheaper room

Sir, you yelled at front desk in the lobby area, would not exit your room several hours after check out time, was argumentative and very unsettling with management, yelling and causing a scene in our front lobby. We tried several times to calm the situation and simply asked if you would leave at check out time so we could have housekeeping clean the room so we could use it for the next guest. You refused, yelled and cursed over the phone. Afterwards we continued to try to remedy the situation asking if you would accept a late 1pm checkout as another guest was arriving at 3pm for check in. Again, met with refusal. We really hope you are having a better day and understand sometimes we may go through rough times with our emotions. Always remember, we are here for you and understand. Respect will always be given and we expect it back in return. In the future, please remember late checkout is offered as a courtesy, when available. If our availability allows we are more than happy to accommodate. Until then, check out time will remain 12 noon and check in is at 3pm. Have a great day.

Amazing staff
Service was great. Jori at the front desk was super helpful. How original room the TV was not working, she immediately moved us and was very apologetic. The rest of our stay was quiet and the room was very clean. Will stay again.

We apologize for the inconvenience of our hotel internet not working properly due to the weather outside. In these instances, there is no troubleshooting we can do to remedy something caused by factors we cannot change. Pool is to always be closed during rainstorm for our guests safety as the water levels are not accurate during a downpour. As for our Orange Juice dispenser being empty, that was 100% preventable, we agree! We're sorry your stay was less than satisfactory, We hope in the future you give us another chance. Never Again.
We rented a two-queen-bed room. The internet was down and when I complained they said they had no other rooms available but I don't think that was true because it was still early. Also, the room's air conditioner was broken. I waited about 2 hours before complaining to give it time to cool down since it was turning on but it never got cold. The manager gave us another room, but it was a King bedroom and the air conditioner was broken in the living room, where my daughter had to sleep on a sleeper sofa. The manager said she was going to come up and bring us a fan and never did so I went down and she said the room where the fan was at was locked so the lady coming to relieve her would bring one from her house and bring it up to us. So weird. She never did. When I checked out, I asked the manager what happened to the fan she turned around and said its right there you never came to get it and the other manager had gotten busy because there was a fight that night. She said she discounted my room from the cost of the double queen to the king. We have stayed at many hotels this was by far the weirdest experience. Never again.

It looks like your original room was a double that you were placed in upon checking in, but due to the a/c not working properly you were transferred to another room available. As we were out of double rooms for the day, you were placed in a single and your rate was reduced. I do apologize but the associate you spoke with was not the manager and management was not present at the time of this issue. When unforeseeable events happen and we are unable to rent all of our rooms due to a/c issues we try our best to accommodate every guest and we are so sorry that our efforts did not meet your expectations. We hope that you accept our apology and allow us another chance by visiting us in the future. There wasn't much to like about this property. Thank goodness I there working on only in the room to sleep. Mattress was worn out. AC didn't work - worn out. Staff was hard to get to answer the phone. Often not even at the front desk. It is just not up to the Marriott Standard. Surprise they would allow a property to carry its name in this shape.

Good Morning,I do want to apologies for the issue you had to experience on your stay. That weekend was very stressful for our guest as well as our staff. Our system went out due a failure of another hotel in the area. Our staff was trying to assist the guest as much as the could even if that means they wasn't at the front desk. Yes part of out hotel is out date. That's where our renovations come in. Half of our hotel is Marriott standard which was the side you did not stay on and the other half is the side we will be replacing and making up to standards. I hope that when this all done you will come and give us another try.

The front desk staff was very rude during check in. I wasn't given choices and was not given the room that was booked. Overall the room was not in the best condition. The hotel needs remodeling in all areas.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve came across to stay at. The price was high for what was provided. When I got there I checked in which was fairly fast not bad at all. I didn’t come back to the property around 4am, I walked into my room 101 for the first time and noticed it was handicap and I did not request one. Second the shower floor was discolored with calcium build up and like the floor had not been scrubbed in a long while. It being so late I let it go. Third I walked over to the bed and it looked like it had been set up very poorly almost nothing looked neat about it. Pillows looked like they were laid on and placed back. I removed the covered sheets and there was a yellow brown stain that was about 2in in diameter right in the center of the bed. I went down to ask for new sheets from the front desk. I looked around and used the home phone to call no one showed up so I went on a hunt for the receptionist. She provided me sheets that I hd to then put on myself. Removing the pillows I noticed stains on one pillow case that resembled ones like the bed. I removed another pillow where there was a bug that had been smashed on. I went back to find the receptionist with the pillow to show her and request a new room at that point. She moved us rooms putting us in 104 that was a a lot better but still nothing close to nice for the price I paid. I would like to be contacted and compensated for the uncalled for experience with my room.

Upon looking at your reservation I do see that you booked for an accessible room, so the room given was the room requested. It looks like you were accommodated by our staff changing rooms and you did complete your stay here with us, so a refund for your night will not be processed at this time. This property was dirty, in need of repairs, had poor airconditioning, and had roaches. The only redeemable quality about this location is that when I expressed some of my first issues with the staff they quickly put me into another room, but it was only slightly better than the first. I will not stay here again.
