Choice hotels has implemented a program that is Housekeeping upon request due to the pandemic. It is where your get your room cleaned every 3rd day unless you request housekeeping. I will be sure to pass on to the Front Desk to make sure to let guest know upon check in that there is a housekeeping policy in place. I will also remind them that the pool closes at 10pm every night. I apologize for the inconvenience that the people at the pool caused you. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
