Very unclean to be a Hilton, the bathroom wasn't clean, the toilet wasnât clean, also housekeeping didnât clean our room after we told her that we will step out to let her clean the room. She only came back to bring towels and didnât clean. Help was no where to be found when needed.
The area in elevator did not appear to be clean. Could not control room temperature!! Only 1 of the 2 elevators was working.
Overall condition below my previous experience with Hilton properties.
The amazing bufeet workers were great also the front desk workers from the time i checked in 8 pm on the 16th to the next morning. Those ladies need raises. Smiling faces and all. They inteoduced themselves i wish i would have remebered all their names. Kudos to them
Our first room was not clean and in disrepair. The room we were moved to was not serviced during our entire 4 night stay - bed not made, towels not exchanged and trash not emptied. I told management I wanted my bill adjusted to reflect the lack of service and I was told the GM would call me - she did not, and also told I would need to take it up with Expedia since I had not booked directly with Hilton. So much for Hilton Honors advantages.
After driving for 11 hrs, I was very happy to see that the front desk and bartender were WONDERFUL ladies. They both had great personalities and were very good at their work.
