« We loved our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is located a few minutes from the sound. We wished we have driven there sometimes but the parking lot is only for residents with permits, so we walked. The property overlooks Goldsmith inlet. We saw a lot of wildlife including swans and a deer which walked right through the back yard. The owner left a bottle of wine which was very nice and allowed for early check in and late check out. We would love to come back. »

« I was in the area for my niece's college graduation at Wesleyan University and loved the chance to explore this beautiful part of the country. Being so close to the water in Old Saybrook was amazing, and the house itself was both fresh and cozy. The hosts were very responsive, and the only issue (which they acknowledged in advance) was that a portion of the fence was missing, due to a recent storm. That said, they were up front and apologetic, knowing that I'd booked because my dogs were along....
